Summary: What? I can write fluff too! Doesn't always have to be angsty. I'll show all those naysayers...

Oh yeah, Logan wakes up from his nightmare and something's off but Deceit is a good boyfriend and makes things better.

Warnings: Temporary blindness, arguments and a few swear words, and I now realize that I literally cannot go one chapter without making it as angst ridden as possible... I apologize in advance.

"Logan! Logan wake up!"

He heard Deceit, he knew it was his voice. But he couldn't open his eyes.

No.

His eyes were open, but it was dark.

Dark?

Why was it dark? Why wouldn't Deceit turn on the lights?

"Logan? Look at me..."

He was looking at him, wasn't he?

Where was the light? Where was Deceit?

He could feel Deceit's gloves against his face, brushing his bangs away from his eyes-

His eyes.

Where were his eyes?!

"Logan, you need to calm down, you had a nightmare-"

Nightmare.

He stole his sight, he took his eyes away.

He couldn't see, there was only darkness.

Darkness, shadows.

Surrounding him.

Suffocating him.

Falling.

Falling.

Falling into darkness.

Unable to move, trapped, alone.

He was all alone, no one was there to save him, no one there to free him from the darkness.

"Logan, listen to me, listen to my voice." Both hands cupped his face now. "Don't think, don't feel, just listen."

Listen... Listen...

"You are with me. We are in our room. On our bed. We were asleep. You woke up from a nightmare. That's all it was. A dream."

A dream, only a dream.

"This is real. I am real."

Light softly filled his vision. Everything was fuzzy but slowly becoming clear. He could make out a figure in front of him, Deceit, still holding his face in his hands.

"That's it, you're doing fine, Logan. Just breathe, in and out..."

"Deceit...?" Logan's voice trembled. "Why can't I see?"

"Let me get your glasses." De reached behind Logan and grabbed them off the nightstand, gently setting them on his face. "Better?"

Logan's vision cleared almost instantly, the first thing he saw was Deceit's eyes staring into his, narrowed slightly in concern.

Logan's breath hitched, then he threw himself into Deceit's arms. His fingers digging into his shirt as he buried his face in the soft fabric. He didn't realize he was crying until he felt Deceit wiping his tears away with his glove.

"Shh, it's alright, I'm here, you're safe now, I'll protect you." He wrapped one arm around Logan's back, keeping him close to his chest. Another arm he used to card through his hair in a rhythmic pattern. Two more arms wrapped his capelet around them both.
