You stood near the hallway of the survivor manor, sighing every couple of minutes, so bored. You always think about how there is never anything to do. Sometimes you needed to be alone to think, Oletus wasn't serving you great right now. Taking in the sounds you hear you realized that you needed to do something. You skipped down the hallway to get to the waiting area, you never checked who had a match today.
"Hm... I wonder who is doing a match today," You scan the paper on the table and think to yourself. You appeared only once. Dang only once today? I don't know if this is lucky or bad luck because I honestly do but don't want to do matches today, what a mood. You place the paper carefully down on the table once again for others to read it. The paper never told you who was hunter, it would only tell you who was playing, when they are playing, where they are playing. You had a match with Tracy, Kevin and Emily. The location was the red church, the match started in 20 minutes. You hadn't had that much time to prepare so you decided to just enter the waiting room early. The funny thing was is that everyone else was already there. Late to the party?
"Hey (Y/n)," Tracy says casually while still looking down at her controller.
"Hello Tracy," You smile. You walked slowly towards a seat next to Emily.
"Any clue at all on who the hunter is?" You ask.
"No clue, could be anyone," Emily frowns and shrugs, acting almost defeated.
"Guess we're just gonna have to find out!" Kevin tilts back in his seat. Five, four, three, two, one. Glass shatters breaking the conversation.
Red Church... Such an interesting map you know, interesting monument in the middle. You scuttle your way around in search of a cipher machine. You hear clicking so assume that there is a cipher with someone on it. It's Kevin. You join him on the left side of him, working to turn knobs and such.
"Well howdy there (Y/n)~" Kevin grins at you.
"Er... Hello Kevin," You weren't really a fan of Kevin.
"Your hair looks nice today," Kevin compliments.
"It's the same as always but thanks," You continue rotating gears, trying to ignore him.
"This game really sucks huh?" He asks.
"I guess..." You are really trying hard to concentrate but Kevin is making it difficult for you. You accidentally rotate a knob to quickly and it causes the machine to explode with static.
"Oops!" You shout and then cover your mouth.
"Don't worry (Y/n)! I'll protect you from that hunter," Just then a strange pile of goop forms on the ground.
"Wait... is that?" You peer closer, however when you do, your heart starts beating. Oh crap.
"It's the hunter! (Y/n) run!" Kevin yells. Kevin grabs you and pushes you forward. You whip your head around to see a figure form from the goo and then bonk. Kevin get's hit on the head by an umbrella. You couldn't see well but judging from the hunter's skill you assumed it was Wu Chang.
"Sorry Kevin..." You mutter under you breath. Looking back again you can see Kevin being mad chased by the Wu Chang.
Kevin get's sent back on a rocket chair very quickly. Oops... He wasn't that good of a decoder anyways... two ciphers remained. Nice job Tracy! You start working on a cipher only to not notice another figure forming behind you, this time it was a black substance, quiet, but stealthy. Your heart started beating but you ignored it, not realizing that the hunter might of had restraint.
"You know..." You jumped at the voice you recognized. "You're pretty oblivious..."
"W-who...?" You turned around and saw a tall figure sitting against a wall right behind you. It was Black Guard, Fan Wujiu.
"eep!" You shriek and start running, he stops you from vaulting and grabs your arm.
"H-hey that's cheating!" You flail about.
"Calm down I'm not going to hurt you," He says in a low voice.
"But your the hunter aren't you? And you... You eliminated Kevin!"
"That's only because he was annoying you right? Oh and that was my brother's idea actually..."
"Annoy?" He was still clinging on to you.
"Yeah, we wanted to do you a favor,"
"But you,"
"you keep saying but... this, that, bleh bleh bleh, it's fine,"
"then... What about the others?"
"Eh... As long as they don't annoy you too,"
"Please don't hurt them! I love Emily and Tracy!"
"So we have competition?"
"Competition? What are you talking about?"
"Your as dense as ever,"
"Explain maybe?" He took his umbrella and wrapped it around your torso pulling you closer to him.
"We love you stupid,"
"Oh..."
Just then the alarm blared signaling the last cipher being completed.
(A/N): Holy shet, don't worry guys i'm not dead YET. I've just been less active in writing Identity V and more active in playing it so yeee.
