Chapter 9

You wake up in a Virtual Reality simulation room. You remove the visor from your head. You feel somewhat dizzy and your sight is still dazed. You have tubes attached to your body and as you sit up from your pod you take a look around to access the situation. Neon lights flickered through the small glass windows into the vast white-dotted walls. An Automaton voice brakes the stillness through the speakers. Systems are clear. The tubes from your body begin to release and you are free to move. You see other pods just like yours however, they are empty except for one.

The pod cover begins to open and a thick layer of smoke jest's out. You see a silhouette and your eyes lay witness to Kokichi as his head pops up. He runs his fingers through his hair in slow motion. He turns his head towards you and jumps out. ''Need a hand, sleepyhead'' he says as he reaches out his hand towards you. You give him a dirty yet cautious look. You take his hand and he helps you back to your feet. 

''First time is always crazy'' he says. 

You try to recall the events from before and conclude Kokichi brought you to this room after placing a cloth over your face which must have made you lose all consciousness. 

''Explain yourself'' you demand.

''Neeheehee, It was meant to be a surprise and its also in my practice to troll new members as a form of their initiation to my Organisation'' he says winking at you. 

''That was super level troll!'' You say feeling ashamed of your actions. 

''I wasn't myself'' you frown. 

''Calm down (Y/N). Your subconscious was only acting on impulse and since it was your first time, you haven't grasp the concept of control. You'll need more practice to master it. On contrary, at least I got to see some of your deepest desires, neeheehee. So don't feel too bad, after all you did put on a good show'' he smiles. 

''Hmm....At-least I now know my Ultimate Talent'' you say as you launch yourself on Kokichi. 

''Uh, about that, the beam of light you shot was just part of the A.I programming I wrote. So that means - you get it"? He says. 

''Then if that's the case, was Nagito written too, are you mad that I let him in?'' You question.

''Quite thrilled actually. I enjoyed watching you two'' Kokichi claims.

''Really? Didn't know you were into such kinks, Kokichi'' you say raising an eyebrow. 

''Anyways, I'm back to square one with your experiment been unsuccessful'' you deject and push yourself off him. 

''Is that so'' Kokichi grins. 

''I'm with Kokichi'' Nagito says as he enters the room and leans on the wall. 

''Been in that VR simulation with you was truly an honor'' Nagito mentions.  

You stand there defeated when it hits you.

''You set me up, Kokichi''!!!!  ''You set me up!'' You say and bury your red face in your arms. 

''You see (Y/N), Nagito and I teamed up. We both wanted and liked you. So we made a deal and reached an agreement to share you but Nagito had some difficulties and he refused to use his luck to win your heart.'' Kokichi explains. 

''So you see, I couldn't leave him hanging, especially after we grew close with each other.'' He says blushing. 

''Wow...So wait what! Wait just a second, are you implying that you're uh, you two are...''

''Yes, we are...We've been seeing each other for quite some time now and I didn't want too loose you in the process'' Kokichi admits.

''I see now ahahahah, I see why you were so forward earlier and to think -- Dam how the tables have turned. I can't accuse you of cheating now can I?'' You say laughing.

Kokichi smiles at your comment and then looks down at his feet. 

''You fucker planned this from the beginning just to avoid been called out. You knew I'd never cheat on you so you had me play your little game.'' 

''You mad...Did I break your heart? If you really feel like you don't want to be with me anymore then I-I understand completely. For what its worth, you've done nothing wrong. It was I who cheated.'' Kokichi's eyes soften.

''My dear Kokichi, were you that afraid to speak to me about your relations with Nagito?'' You say in a devious manner to which he replies with a nod, looking away shyly as the color drains from his face.

Consider yourself lucky. If it were anyone else besides Nagito you would 've been in deep shit. So all is forgiven'' you say sympathetically. 

Kokichi doesn't reply and closes his eyes in response to your words. He seems more relax now that you're ok with his royal 'fuck up'.

You silently reflect on what has transpired thus far. 

''I should've been more open with you Kokichi,'' you swallow shaking your head.

''Wooooow, so it is true. You did like Nagito before all this, ha! I had my suspicions...'' Kokichi opens his eyes to meet yours. 

''(Y/N), I will make it up to you, I promise. The reason why I didn't say anything to you is because I wanted Nagito to have a chance to win your heart without me been in the picture and without you having a guilty conscious. This VR was able to do just that, but most of all I wanted for all of us to be together no matter what. Kokichi smiles as he raises both his hands over his head.

Your cheeks redden. 

''I see now. This is what you've known for, plotting behind peoples back and thanks to your little experiment smartass, I've come to realize my feelings for Nagito. Just as you hoped huh'' you say sheepishly. 

''That's right!'' Kokichi's smiles.

Nagito approaches you, however he makes no sudden movements except to open his mouth.

I know I've put you through a lot and I want you to know I have always loved you (Y/N). I just believed I was never good enough to be with you'' he says holding his heart.

You close the distance between Nagito with a kiss, confirming your affection. Nagito startled, returns your kiss feeling relieved after all that has transpired.

''Hey! Come on! I want some of that action too.'' Kokichi fake cries.

''So what now?'' you say twirling the ends of your hair feeling flustered at the thought of two guys wanting you.

''There's something else you should know'' Kokichi adds.

''Enlighten me'' you say. 

''The truth is, I and Nagito already know what your Ultimate Talent is''. 

''His not lying and we'll even tell you after we make you ours'' Nagito adds. 

''What!?'' Your face becomes hot. 

''You're free to leave, but then you'll never find out, ever. Neeheehee. So let me ask you (Y/N) are you willing to go all the way with the both of us?'' Kokichi questions. 

You look at both Kokichi and Nagito for a brief moment and smile.

''My heart belongs to you both. So yes I'm down for whatever'' you blush. 

''Perfect. We'll be waiting.'' Kokichi says after exchanging a high five with Nagito.

''Whenever you're ready (Y/N)'' Nagito grins widely. 

And with that they leave the room.
