*Jisoo's POV*

It's been a week since the incident had happened at the Parks, Rosie didn't try to contact me, but her sister sent me a 'thank you letter' for attending her wedding alongside an 'apology letter', for what her father did.

I tried to contact Rosie and apologize but I never got through, I even tried to build up the courage to talk to her at work, from what I heard, she still works there, but I always pace around the back door then go home back because I'm a wimp, and I also didn't wanna disturb her during working hours.

I shook my head trying to concentrate on writing the report infront of me when, the secretary interrupted me,

"Kim, There's someone here at the front desk for you", I furrowed at my phone, I pressed the button and replied

"I-um, who is it?", I asked

"Like im supposed to know?, I've never seen this person before, im sending her up"

"W-wait! Her? JIN?!", he didn't answered, shit.

I continued to do the report when a young lady in a tight fitted suit walked in, she had short black hair and she looked classy.

She waked to be and sat in the chair across me.

Lisa who sat on the desk next to me look at me confusingly, I shrugged.

"Kim?", She asked, I nodded

"My name is Lee Ji-eun, I'm the one who is representing Mrs. Kim in the divorce", she smiled politely, I was taken aback, she looked at my face which was evident of shock, she furrowed her eyebrows

"Were you not aware of the divorce?", she asked

"N-no, this is all new, we had a big fight about a week ago, how can they get up the papers so quickly?", she looked at me with sympathy and sighed

"Miss...", she trailed off

"Please, call me detective, its makes me more comfortable", she nodded

"Detective Kim, Mrs. Kim signed her divorce paper and sent them in two weeks ago, I was told it was a mutual agreement", she said

"I- two weeks ago?", I turned to Lisa, she looked at me shocked and shook her head.

"I'll give you time Detective, I was not aware that you weren't notified, please take your time on deciding if you wanna brawl out In court or just have a peaceful separation, Please call me", she go up and gave me her card, she was about to leave but I got up quickly and shook her hand, and muttered a small thank you, before she left.

I was angry, but the sadness just covered it.

I looked over at Lisa and she was just as confused as I am, I quickly walked out the precinct and got in my car, I raced over to the vet hospital and parked like crazy motherfucker, I hurried out my car and stormed in the building, all of the workers were looking at me

"Detective, you okay?, sorry but your wife is in surgery right now", I calmed down and saw everyone was looking at me, I nodded

"How long does she have?", I asked

"Um, A couple more minutes", I nodded and went into her office and took a seat on one of the chairs in the corner.

As few minutes after she walked in with a file in her hands and her assistant behind her

"You have 3 more surgeries this week, tomorrow will most likely be a dead day seeing that they are no appointments yet, but your father also called and made me book an appointment for you to talk to someone named Lee Ji-eun?", her assistant said, both of them were unaware of my presence, Rosie furrowed
