Old Friends

Hey guys I know I haven't been updated much in like forever but I've been going through A LOT and some days it's been hard to even get up in the morning without fighting a mental war with myself, but I am going to try and start updating a little more as I get more inspiration put into my head, I hope you all can forgive me for my late postings but I am trying to keep everything in order and put myself on a schedule, thank you for all you who are still reading this story I would love to hear some feed back from you all any suggestions for the story would be wonderful or if you just need someone to talk to i'm always here to listen and I don't judge I have to many of my own problems to judge someone but anyways on with the story just thought I would leave a little note for you all.

Bre's POV~

I finally woke up after a that chaos but I had a major headache kind of like I was waking up from a night at the pub, I didn't have to open my eyes to know that Nathan was laying next to me because i could feel his warm embrace and I could hear his tiny snores, I opened my eyes and smiled when i seen Nath mouth wide open knocked clean out like he hadn't slept in days, I looked around and noticed we were back home, I took a deep breath and slowly sat up and got out of bed hoping not to wake a sleeping Nath, luckily he just stirred a little but didn't wake, I walked over to my bathroom and I looked in my mirror I looked as if i haven't slept in years, I had dark circles under my eyes my hair was a hot mess, and not to mention the tiny gash in the top right corner of my forehead, i wasn't even going to ask where that came from because after what i've been through these past few months it honestly didn't surprise me.

I grabbed my phone from my night stand and went back into the bathroom, I put on some music and turned my shower on, I took my clothes off while waiting for the water to get hot, when the water got hot i got in and let the water flow down my body, the hot water felt amazing and made feel like i wanted to stay there forever but i couldn't so i finally decided to wash up after about 10 minutes of just standing under the water, I turned the water off and got out the shower with my hot pink fluffy zebra towel wrapped around my body, I slowly opened the door just in case Nath was still sleeping, when i peeked over at my bed it was empty so i just guessed Nath had woken up, I walked over to my closet and looked through my clothes deciding what to wear, I decided that i wasn't going to dress up so i pulled out my black and light blue dance sweats, a black tank, and my navy blue American eagle jacket, I walked to the bathroom and blow dried my hair, brushed it a bit then threw it up in a messy bun and put a light pink head band on, i didn't exactly match today but i didn't care i felt like i had died and came back to life so at this point what i looked like didn't matter.

I walked downstairs and heard everyone talking and laughing like nothing ever happened, I didn't blame them a lot has been happening so they had to find some normality in all this, I reached the last step and my eyes lit up as i saw my child hood friends more like my sisters at that.

"Hailee. Miranda. Is it really you?" I asked with tears in my eyes

"Bre!!!!" They both said in unison

They both ran up and hugged me, I didn't want to let go and I could tell they didn't want to either.

"What are ya'll doing here?" I finally asked when we pulled back from the hug

"Well Kayla called me and said you were engaged and that a lot of shit was happening to you, so I figured you needed someone to beat some ass for you so I packed up and got here as soon as I could" Hailee said wiping tears from her eyes

"Yeah she called me too, she had been trying to call me for weeks but my phone had been cut off and I just got it turned back on and I missed you it's been a good while since i've seen you" Miranda said smiling

They both looked so different since the last time I had seen them, Hailee's hair was long blonde and curly as always, she was still taller than me even though shes 2 years younger than me, and Miranda had cut her light brown hair to shoulder length, she used to have the longest most beautiful hair i've ever seen on someone her age, she was still an inch or two shorter than me, we used to get into the worst trouble as children our mum's didn't know what to do with us, seeing them all grown up made me want to cry because they have always been like little sisters to me and seeing them brought so many memories of my child hood that I missed but I don't miss one minute of being a child im an adult now I'm finally happy for once and I wouldn't change a minute of it for anything.

We all sat down and talked about everything under the sun, the girls told me how they were getting a flat together close to here so they wouldn't have to be miles away, when Hailee was 13 she had to move to Scotland with her parents because her father got a job over there, and when Miranda was 16 she moved to Ireland where her family was originally from because her mum missed their family, so it was great to finally have them back here.

I started to get a little tired so I told everyone goodnight and went up stairs i laid in my bed and began to doze off until i heard the door open and someone lay in my bed I knew it was Nathan by the way he felt and the way he kissed my head and told me that he loved me, I smiled and said I love you too Nath and felt his arms wrap around me and then I finally fell asleep in his warm loving embrace
