Hours passed by and soon enough, Kacy was asleep holding Karma. He waited until 12am for Karma to wake up, but she never did.
Its now going on 8am the next day and Karmas eyes fluttered open slowly. She groaned from the pain she felt, and the weight on her. "Kacy" she said, her voice dry and raspy "Kacy"
He moved a little and Karma called his name again, and he slowly moved off her and looked down to see her eyes open. His eyes were low, but a smile spread across his face. "I'm glad you're good baby"
"Me too" she groaned. "My head hurts"
Kacy quickly got out the bed and went to get Karma some water and gave her two pills. She swallowed them and sighed. Kacy got back in bed, and cuddled Karma.
Slowly, they ended up falling back to sleep.
***********
"I'm glad you're ok Karma" Ash said as her and Kat hugged her "You had us worried"
"Sorry guys, but I wasn't out long"
"Still" Kat said "And Dion's coming over soon to see you. He was worried about you all yesterday"
"He was mad, wasn't he?" Karma asked. Both girls nodded slightly and Karma sighed. The doorbell rang and Morgan stood to answer it. Dion slapped hands with him and walked into the living room where everyone was sitting.
No words were spoken as Dion started at Karma, who had her head down "Come here" he said sternly. Karma stood and followed him to the kitchen. His eyes ran over her body, and stopped on the bruise on her forehead. "What happen Karma?" He asked through gritted teeth.
"Everything went good Dion. A-"
"Obviously not if you got a fuckin bruise on your damn face" he yelled, making Karma jump. "I don't want you involved in this shit Karma, its too dangerous"
"But you're involved in it" she looked up at him.
"And look at what shit I was in. Shot twice and just got out the hospital"
"I'm sorr-"she reached out for Dion, but he backed away. "Dion, I'm sorry"
"Don't get involved" he said calmly "And I mean that shit" Dion walked out the kitchen and Karma heard the front door close. She sighed loudly before fixing herself up and walking back into the living room.
"Everything good?" Slim asked. Karma nodded "You sure?" She nodded again. Kacy came walking downstairs and sat on the couch next to Karma. He started cleaning Karmas bruise when he noticed her expression.
"Wassup?"
She shook her head "Nothing"
He didn't believe her, but didn't press the issue. "So José called and said he wants ta' see us next week. The plane leave Sunday" Kacy said "Don't ask why he want ta' see us, cause ion know but he said bring everyone. Including Karma and Dion"
"Think we in trouble or somethin?" Kat asked.
"Couldn't be. We did a good job"Ash said.
"I guess we'll see Sunday" Morgan shrugged.

The jet landed in Columbia and the crew exited the plane and hopped in the van, which drove them to a hotel.
Karma immediately went to shower and change into jeans and a tank top. She was lotioning her feet when Kacy walked out the shower, in his boxers.
"What's goin on with you?" Kacy asked, going through his luggage for something to wear "Ya ain't been talkin ta' me and been distant" he sat on the bed next to Karma "Its somethin I did wrong?"
"No babe. You're good" she said, sliding on her sandals "I don't want go be apart of this anymore" she stood up and fixed her pants.
"Oh iight. That's all you had ta' say baby" he stood and pulled her closer "What made you change ya mind though? I remember seein how happy you were when ya came up with the first plan"
Karma traced Kacy's chest tattoo "Just not feelin it. That's all" He nodded and pulled his shirt on. "Ready to go?" She pecked his lips and smiled.
"Yea ma"
*************
"So hol' up. Ya want us ta' be like ya special ops team?" Kacy asked José.
"Yes I do. The work you all pulled off was beyond perfect and went really well. Minus the casualty. And I like the way you all stick together as a team. So what'd you say?" He smiled.
"What's the catch?" Slim asked.
"No catch my friend. I'll send you all a report of everything I know about the person I want taken out, and provide you all with the weapons and transportation" he shrugged "If this person has stolen from me, get my stuff back but I'll let you all know what they have "
"You'd send us the information through our phone?" Kat asked.
"Of course not, that gives the cops room to get into our business. I have these untraceable phones here that I'd send the information though if u all agree"
"I like how this sound" Dion nodded.
"But coming up with a plan would be on you all. I'd provide a map and other needed things, but the plan is on you" José said. He looked at Karma "I heard you were the one to come up with the first plan" he smiled.
"Yes I did."
"Great, you'll continue to come up with the rest"
"No" she yelled "I - I mean, I can't" she mumbled. "I'm not getting involved"
"Why not sweetie? You're extremely smart. Why not put it to use? I'm willing to pay you all for your services" José said. Karma looked at Dion who shook his head.
"She'll do it" Kacy said chuckling to himself. José smiled and started talking more but Kacy leaned over to Karma "I want ta' hear everything when we get back Karma"
She sighed and nodded. José handed everyone a untraceable phone and stood up "I'll keep in contact. Have a nice day" The van ride to the hotel was quiet and tense.
Kacy picked up on the look Dion gave Karma, when she disagreed to help and he realized he said something to her. Karmas his girl now, meaning if anyone had something to say to her, he had the right to know.
And the fact that Karma listened to him, like that's her nigga, is why Kacy's upset. He doesn't know much about relationships but he does know, when you're in a relationship with someone, you're a team. Meaning any input someone puts in, should be discussed or invalid.
Ain't no nigga about to control Karma, regardless of their situation. That's where Kacy drew the line.
