Protect or Kill

I arrived at Victor's house to be greeted by his family who i have known since i saved Victor , Victor's family has always treated me like i was there own daughter ever since they knew i was a Shadow , Victor has protected me from the bounty on my head which is 2.6 billion , yeah that is a very high number but that is because my parents were multi billionaires because of their three companies , i greeted all of Victor's family and made my way to the dining hall to see a banquet of food on the table .

After the meal , Victor took me aside to his office to talk about business ,'' Jordyn you said you had something to tell me , if it is about the bounty i am still trying to destroy it '' he said , i knew Victor was doing everything he could to destroy the bounty , but that wasn't the matter at hand , i had bigger threats to deal with .

I then told Victor about Sebastian and his dogs and what my company was doing to protect them from what they deserved , i also told him that Jonathan wants revenge when Sebastian isn't protected by my company , Victor than proceeded to ask me what Sebastian  is being protected from , '' Sebastian is being protected from all the mafia's across the world ''  i said , but  by the look on Victor's face he was raging with anger , Victor was one of the most powerful mafia's in America and he was also a mafia that wanted to get revenge on Sebastian but he can't when my company is protecting him , Victor also asked me could i tell my company to stop protecting Sebastian , well i could but that means my real identity is exposed to the world. 

A few hours later i was on  my way back to the unit when i got a call from Christain ,  so i answered '' Hey Chris what's up , i'm on my way back to the unit '' i said waiting for a response , christain than answered with worry in his voice ''Jord don't come back to the unit , John has put the unit on lock down, he wants to know who stabbed Sebastian's girlfriend Zara , nobody can leave the unit '' he said , Sebastian went to  John to tell on me but i knew the guys wouldn't snitch on me , i then replied back to Christain '' okay i won't come to the unit i'll stay at one of my houses near the unit , what about Jonathan is he okay does he know about this '' i said with worry in my voice , Christain answered me very quickly '' Jord he left the unit and went to your house because he couldn't stand being in the hospital anymore , but don't worry Sebastian doesn't know about Jonathan being alive '' he said 

I went straight to my house to see all the lights on , i knew the maids were taking care of Jonathan when i wasn't there . I went inside to be greeted by my maid Svannah '' Hello Ms Jordyn , can i  get you anything '' she said , i then replied '' thank you and yes , can you tell the chef to make me something for dinner and also where is Jonathan '' i said with curiosity.

'' Jonathan is in the living room , he has eaten and i have also prepared the guest bedroom for him '' said Svannah , i didn't know what i would do without Svannah she is like my closest friend even if i was billionaire and she wasn't , that didn't matter to her or to me because i don't care about money i never have and i never will.

I left Svannah and i went to check on Jonathan , when i got to the living room Jonathan was asleep on the sofa that was nearest to the television , i decided not to wake him up and do some unfinished paper work that needed doing . After a while Jonathan woke up to the sound of Svannah coming in with my dinner and he eventually noticed that i was sitting across from him on the armchair .

'' oh Jord i didn't know you were here , why didn't you wake me up when you got here '' he said after waking up fully . In between eating my dinner i spoke back to him '' I didn't wake you up because you looked exhausted and you only got out of hospital a few hours ago , why didn't you tell me you were sick of the hospital because i would have taken you here if i had known '' i said 

Jonathan didn't answer me straight away but he looked like he was trying to avoid my question but he didn't realize that i could tell he was avoiding it . I decided not to pressure Jonathan and wait for him to tell me . '' I didn't tell you because i didn't want to distract you from work at the unit and also because i didn't want you to lose focus when Sebastian was around , also why are you here, aren't you supposed to be at the unit right now '' he said with curiosity .
