Protect or Kill

I arrived at the hospital with the guys and we made our way towards Zara's hospital room which was on the second floor . When we arrived at the second floor i saw John and Shadow's men lining the corridor , i didn't really know what to say but what happened next was something i wasn't expecting . 

I was about to go up to John when Jax stood in front of me and prevented me from going any further . I was about to ask him what he was doing but then i realized that we were surrounded by Shadow's men and Jax was protecting me from them , but what really shocked me the most was that John had the tablet that could shut down our chips and make us weak . One by one the guys started to fall to ground in pain and i  hated seeing that , seeing that i was the cause of their pain , i then started begging John to stop which he did but i was grabbed by both arms and lead to an unknown room but on my way i could hear they guys screaming my name over and over again. 

I ended up being lead into a dark room with a light at the center of the table , i was made sit down and wait for what was to come . After a few moments of silence , the door opened and a man with a long black coat and and a beard entered the room and took a seat in front of me on the other side of the table , he didn't say anything straight away but it wasn't long before he did , '' well well well , look who we have here the one and only Jordyn Shadow who looks weak and helpless , oh i do love seeing someone helpless in front of me '' he said with bitterness in his voice , i couldn't believe he knew my real name , nobody knows my real name and i somehow wanted to know how he knew , so i asked him.

'' How do you know my real name and what do you want from me '' i said with fear in my voice , when i finished speaking all the man could do was laugh at my fear , but it didn't take long before he replied to me '' My name is Matteo Grey and i want to destroy you Ms Shadow because your father took my one true love away from me and I want you to feel the pain i did when someone you love dies in front of you '' he said with anger , i didn't fully understand what was going on so i asked him '' What are you talking about my father never killed anyone and i haven't even heard of your name before '' i said , i knew everything i said was making him more angry than he already was , so i decided to not talk anymore and listen to what he had to say to me .

'' Ms Shadow you must be wondering what i want from you so let's just get to the point , i want your money and fame but i can't take that unless your dead , but killing you would be too easy so i'm going to give you an easier option , i want you to join my mafia and help me take down Victor Costello and the other mafia's your allies with and in return i won't harm or kill anyone you love and care about '' he said , i understood what he wanted , Victor must be an enemy of his and he wants Victor gone , but how was i going to betray someone who has treated me like family , that was the only thing i could think of . 

It has been half an hour after Mr Grey left , he gave me his number so i can call and tell him my answer , but since he left i haven't moved from the room i was put in , i  so deep in thought that i didn't feel Ashton shaking me and calling my name over and over again , i finally came out of my thoughts to get hit with questions of worry from the guys . Instead of answering the guys i stood up and left to my car , i needed answers and the only person i could get answers off of was Victor.

I arrived at Victor's house and went straight to his office. I walked into his office to be greeted by him ''Jordyn i wasn't expecting to see you , what's going on '' he said , i really wanted answers so i just asked him straight out , '' who is Matteo Grey , Victor and what was he to my parents '' i said hoping for an answer but when i looked at Victor he had gone really pale in color , it was like he knew who i was on about. After a moment of silence Victor finally spoke '' Matteo Grey was your mother's first boyfriend, he was obsessed with her at the time and your mother never realized it , your father was your mother's best friend and Matteo never liked your father being around your mother , so one day Matteo tired to kill your father but he didn't succeed , he was caught by your mother and so your mother left Matteo because of what he tired to do , after a few months your father confessed to your mother that he liked her more than a best friend and so they started dating . They were happy together and that was all that mattered , but they weren't happy for long , when your mother was pregnant with you , she met Matteo one day while shopping , he was still obessed with her , your mother hoped he would find someone else and be happy as she was but instead of letting her go he made your parent's life hell until you were born , your parents did everything to protect you from him but it looks like he found you after all this time , i'm so sorry Jordyn that you had to find out this way '' he said .
