Chapter 10 - Jack's Warning

-TARDIS-

After the return of the Master and your left hand getting burned down to the metal endo-skeleton underneath, the Doctor heard the Master within her head from their last confrontation.

Master: When did you last go home? You should really take a look.

The Doctor resets the coordinates, as you grunted at the pain from losing your skin, and heads off through the Vortex to a barren world. Ruined buildings still have smoke rising from them. She doesn't step outside. Travelling again, her phone beeps. A hologram appears wearing a long dark jacket and checkered trousers.

Master *hologram*: Geo-activated. If you're seeing this, you've been to Gallifrey. When I said someone did that, obviously I meant I did. I had to make them pay for what I discovered. They lied to us, the founding fathers of Gallifrey. Everything we were told was a lie. We are not who we think, you or I. The whole existence of our species built on the lie of the Timeless Child.

The Doctor gets a sudden headache and flashes of images. You also get them as well but this time you see more than both Timelord and Timelady did. You saw a little girl looking up at huge piller, upon closer inspection you deduced that this was the Doctor when she was a child. The question was why can't she remember this version of herself.

Voices: The Timeless Child. The Timeless Child.

Master *hologram*: Do you see it? It's buried deep in all our memories. In our identity. I'd tell you more, but... but why would I make it easy for you? It wasn't for me.

Later, having picked up the rest of the 'fam'. They were noticing how quite both you the Doc were.

Yasmin: You two okay? You're really quiet.

Ryan: Yeah. You guys have been for days now.

Graham: They're right. Five planets, you've barely said a word.

Doctor/You: I'm fine.

Graham: Why don't you ever share anything with us?

Doctor: I share stuff.

Graham: Not about yourself, though.

Ryan: Yeah, you know everything about us.

Yasmin: And we know nothing about you. Only (Y/N) does.

Graham: Mmm.

Doctor: Fine. What do you want to know?

Graham: Who are you, Doc? I mean, really.

You: She was born on a planet called Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous. She's a Time Lady. She can regenerate her body. She stole this TARDIS and ran away with yours truly. She's been travelling ever since. The Master was one of her oldest friends. They went very different ways. Questions?

Graham: Loads.

Yasmin: Can we visit your home?

Doctor: Another time.

She said as she looked into your eyes and saw that you knew something about The Timeless Child.

After the Judoon set up their barrier around the small city in London, Jenny, you and Graham were teleported away and into a odd yet regal looking ship were you heard a familiar voice. You, Jenny and Graham wakes up on a flat tiled surface in a very large room.

????: Don't move. Seriously, not a muscle. Working on the movement sensors. If you even flinch, it'll set off the laser spikes. Trust me, they get everywhere. By the way, looking good.

Graham/Jenny: Who is this? What's going on? Where am I? And where are you?

????: Neutralised. Coming to join you. You can get excited now.

Captain Jack pops in from thin air.

Jack: You missed me, right?

He jogs toward you three and gives you a big kiss.

Jenny: Have we met?

Jack: Still cheeky. Regeneration can't change that. Got to say, loving the rough Texan look. Kind of distinguished yet still sexy. Oh, come here.

Big bear hug.

You: I'm not-

Jack: How you been, Doctor?

Jenny/Graham: This is so awkward...

You: Captain Jack Harkness?

Jack: So you're not the Doctor? I thought she would be a man by now.

You: Captain, it's me, (Y/N). Remember?

Jack: No, not really.

You: Really? I invited you to our wedding. Back when she was used to wear that pinstripe suit.

Jack: That was you? I must have been really drunk to not remember you~.

Jack: *sighs* Typical that she marries someone almost like her.

You: Let's get back on the topic. Why are you on this stolen ship?

Jack: I uh.... Look i was low on my luck and I needed a ship with time teleportation tech. I need to give the Doc a warning about the Lone Cyberman.

You: Wait what?

Jack: She needs to know to not give it what it wants. No matter the cost.

You: That's not for you to decide, Harkness.

Jack: *yelps out in pain* I don't have a whole lotta time, (Y/N). My body is changing.

You: Then what do I do?

Jack: Tell her exactly what I just told you. All three of you.

Jack finally noticed Jenny and then looked between the both of you. He then smiled and laughed.

Jack*while holding his stomach* So.... that's the Doctor's Daughter? That makes you....

You: Yeah, I'm her father.

Jack: Well, hello, beautiful.

You: No, Jack.
