Chapter - 16 : His Feelings

I was worried after my conversation with Anoop. He said that he felt that Ruhi is his daughter. What made my heart flutter was that there was a birthmark on Ruhi's neck. Though, I won't let her go away from me. She's my daughter now. I can't let any random person claim her as their daughter. Angel took Ruhi with her bribing her for some chocolate cake. I watched them go towards the kitchen and my phone rang. I sighed and picked it up. I was shocked to hear what the caller had to say.

It was Rajeev, who told me that he saw a picture with the lady, that is, Naina. It was a picture of a new born baby. And Rajeev said that it was Ruhi. Well,  I didn't want to agree to the same. It could be someone else.

"kya bol rahe ho Rajeev? Us aurat ne tumhe bhi bhadka diya kya!" I said angrily.

"har bacha ek jaisa dikhta hai. Tum itne yakeen se kaise keh sakte ho?" I asked again.

"main nahi maanta ye sab aur haan, aage se unko society mein aane hi mat dena." I said.

I was angry. Now, I can't tolerate anyone saying against my will. How can I believe any random person. Ruhi has grown up to be my life. Now, I can't imagine my life without her. And the incidents happening were making me fearful. My trance was broken as I heard Ruhi's voice. She was looking at me keenly.

"Aapko pata hai, aunty kehti hai ki main aapke jaisi hoon. Aur dadi kehti hai meri nose pe gussa rehta hai. Lekin unko ye toh pata hi nahi, ki mere daddy sabse zyada gussa karte hai. Fir bhi sab Ruhi ko bolte hai." she said making a sad face.

I smiled. I know all that drama was for me to calm down. She again spoke.

" main gussa hoti hoon toh sab mujhe daantte hai. Lekin aapko nai. "she said.
