~Yurin’s POV~

I was sitting in class, jotting down notes that our teacher asked us to copy. I was twirling the pen between my fingers, not until my attention was caught by a knock on our classroom door.

I curiously peeked at the door, Sulli and Krystal doing the same thing in front of me. The door opened, revealing Mrs. Ahn, our school secretary. She bowed a little to our teacher and our teacher smiled at her.

They talked for a while, and I can see our teacher in arts, Ms. Lee, nodding once in a while.

She motioned her hands to someone, to come inside. I can see two silhouettes stepping forward, until they reached inside the room.

I can hear the girls gossiping about them, more about how they look, while the boys were scrutinizing them, observing if they are competition for the girls’ hearts in this school.

I mentally rolled my eyes, seeing how my classmates or schoolmates act immaturely over two boys who just transferred in our school.

Someone snapped her fingers in front of me and I turned to the person to give it a glare, but I stopped halfway when I saw that it was just Sulli.

“What is it?” I asked in a hushed tone. She looked at me and nodded at the boys, before whispering back at me, “They’re the two maknaes of BTOB.” That made my heartbeat stops for a moment.

I looked at the two males who are now in front of the room, introducing their selves. With a wary gaze, I observe them silently. Like a predator waiting for its prey to come out.

While I was silently staring at the taller male, I accidentally made eye contact with him and it kind of made me flinch under his intent gaze. I saw his mouth curving into a slight smirk, before I looked away in embarrassment.

*Stupid guy and his smirk!* I closed my eyes in thought.

“Mr. Yook and Mr. Jung, please settle down in the vacant chairs beside Ms. Kwon Yurin.” I heard our teacher spoke and my head snapped at her direction.

“Please raise your hand Ms. Kwon.” I raised my hand unsurely and I can hear whispers and murmurs of jealousy around the room.

Sulli unnie gave me a pointed look before she turned her head in the front again. I sighed in dismay. Why, oh, why, do I have to sit beside them? What’s worse is that they’re on my sides, so I have no choice but be careful of my actions.

I just sat there and stared off to space and waited the bell for lunch break, ring...

~Sungjae’s POV~

Why do we have to enter this kind of school? We can just enroll ourselves in a shitty school, where no one will judge us, just because we’re gangsters and we’re rich...

I mentally rolled my eyes in annoyance, as I noticed the usual things that girls do, whenever we’re around, squeal and gossip, nothing new.

I was standing with Ilhoon hyung in the front and it was my turn to introduce myself already. My eyes scanned around the girls who were ogling at us and it stopped at a girl, with cat-like, innocent eyes, with a fair, milky skin and long, chestnut brown locks.

She looked so pure and innocent with her face and the way she stares at me but there was something off with the way she looked.

There’s something in her eyes that made me wonder...

Why isn’t she spazzing or squealing like the other girls? I know I sound cliché, but still, she should be making googly eyes at me...

She suddenly broke off the eye contact when she flinched under my intense gaze at her. My side of my mouth twitched upwards, curving into an amused smirk.
