Chapter 10: Decisions

Third Persons POV

Lucy abd Erza woke up in the guild infirminary, Jellal and Natsu were sleeping by their beds, the two looked at each other, and nodded, they went down their beds slowly, trying not to wake up the boys, and went to Makarovs office. Erza stopped midway going to his office, and Lucy looked back at her.

“Erza? What’s wrong?” Lucy asked

“Maybe...we should think carefully about this...” Erza said quietly

“What do you mean?” Lucy asked her worriedly

“Lucy, we’ll both go back to being adults, meaning no more fun, and no more strength, as much as we really need to, think about the pros and cons. If we stay, we can still have fun, and be strong mages, and we can experience and better childhood, and grow up to be better women, if we go back now, we’ll miss out on everything, we’ll..go back..to...adults, I don’t.....want...that..”Erza reasoned and started to cry, Lucy approached her and hugged her.

“Erza, when I was a child, I received the worst possible love from my parents, my mother died, and my father treat me horribly. Being a child will only make us suffer more, but the power, we don’t need it, as long as we have power, to live for our friends. I really don’t want to go back, because I won’t be an S class mage anymore, but there are other things that make me want to go back...” Lucy cried with Erza, while thinking of one person, Natsu.

“Let’s talk to about this master now, no more backing down....right?” Erza asked her

“..Yeah...”

Lucy and Erza were sitting down in Makarovs office, waiting for him to finish his paper work. Makarov was sure they were going to ask something about the magic spell, so he put down the papers and stared at them.

“Yes?”

“Master, we want to return to normal” Lucy and Erza both told him in unison, they were serious about it, just by the looks on their faces.

“Are you sure about this?” He asked

“Yes” they both said sternly

“I’ll call Levy to ready it, meet us at the beach by 4:00”

Lucy and Erza were by the beach talking to each other, they’ll sure miss being children again, but it was worth it, for them.

It was almost time, it was ready, they were ready to be adults again, but there’s a side effect Levy didn’t talk about, they could either lose their memories, forget ever experiencing the spell, or die.

“Lu-chan, Erza, you ready?” Levy approached them with a worried smile.

Lucy and Erza’s POV

“Yeah”

For Natsu/Jellal.
