Chapter 12: Calling

Natsus POV

Me and Jellal arrived at the beach seeing Mira and Levy crying.

"Wh-What happene here?!" I shouted, they all looked at us sadly.

"What happened?!?!?!"

"N-Natsu...Lucy and Erza...disappeared.." Mira and Levy sobbed.

"What..?"

Lucy's POV

Me and Erza were back to normal, our normal aged selves, but what shocked us was, we were floating, seeing Levy, Mira, Natsu, and Jellal crying at the beach. Were we ghosts? With unfinished business, and that's why we're still stuck in Earthland.

"Natsu! Mira! Levy-chan! Master!! Jellal! We're here! Guys!" Me and Erza shouted, and no one heard us, tears were also forming in our eyes.

"E-Erza...I...we..."I sobbed.

"Lucy.." Erza hugged me.

"We're dead? All we are, are ghosts?!" I cried, hot tears flowing down my face.

"I don't know what, but we have unfinished business, we can't go to either Heaven or Hell if we don't finish it" Erza's voice cracked up a bit.

"Y-Yeah" I sniffled and nodded, we touched the ground and tried touching them.

"Natsu...can you hear me?" I asked.

Nothing.

"Mira? Levy? Can anyone hear us?!" Erza shouted.

Nothing.

"Master! Hey!" I called.

Nothing.

"Psst!" Me and Erza heard someone and looked over, seeing Master Mavis call us.

"Master!!" We both smiled and went up to her.

"I see you are also ghosts" she sighed.

"Y-Yeah...do you think you can tell them what we want to say?!?" I asked, and all she did was shake her head.

"I can't, it needs to be conveyed by the person themselves, you can't do anything" Mavis said, me and Erza looked at each other and sighed.

"This is aweful" she sighed.

"Don't worry, one way or another, I know you'll reach their hearts" Mavis smiled and walked away, slowly disappearing at every step she took.

"Wh-What do we do now?" I asked, Erza gave me a sad look and just shrugged.

Years.

Years have passed since Erza and I's death. All Natsu did was sulk, and I was separated from Erza. She decided to follow Jellal, we would only meet on our Death Anniversary, where Jellal comes to Magnolia, and everyone else sulks on our death.

And it was the Anniersary again. I saw Erza and she smiled at me, waving. I did back.

"We're Jellal now?" I asked.

"On his way, how's everyone?" She asked.

"They seem to be fine, they're slowly starting to be themselves again" I smiled at her, and we both walked to the beach. Where everyone else was gathered.

"How many years now?" She asked me as we sat at a tree.

"I believe this is the 5th year" I smiled sadly.

"Ahh...I see..."

Slowly and slowly, everyone gathered, and dispersed, leaving only Jellal and Natsu on the beach.

We nodded at each other and tried again. Everyday, we would see if they could hear us, and everyday on our death, we would try again.

"Natsu, can you hear me?"

Natsu's POV

"Natsu, can you hear me?" I looked behind me and saw no one, her voice, was it Lucy?

"L-Lucy?!"

"What are you talking about?" Jellal asked me.

"Jellal."

"Erza!" He looked left and right. We both shouted and called their names, looking for them, hoping for them to be alive again.

Erza's POV

They heard us! After 5 years! They finally heard us! Me and Lucy were rejoicing, using our voices to drag them away from each other slowly.

"Jellal."
