I went back to my room to prepare myself. I walked through my closet and looked for something to wear. I'm looking for a simple but elegant dress. I was scanning my closet when I heard my phone ring.

I grabbed it and checked the callers ID. It's just a number and nothing else.
I put it back from the bed and continued searching for something to wear. I finally chose the off shoulder floral dress with matching cream two inches heels.

I grabbed a towel and went to the bathroom. As I was opening the door of the bathroom, I heard my phone rang again, this time I didn't checked the callers ID.

"Look if you're just messing around, don't mess with me because-"I was interrupted by a familiar voice.

"Woah, easy there Tiger I was just checking if you're already done." The caller said. "I'm sorry Victoria I thought it was the unknown caller again. Anyways yeah I'm halfway done I was just about to head to the bathroom."I said.

" Oh yeah sorry, just call me if you're done so Marvin can pick you up." She said. Marvin is her younger brother.
"Yeah sure. Call you later. See you!" I said.

"Okay, bye!" She said before hanging up. I put my phone back were I grabbed it and went straight to the bathroom. This is gonna be a long day.

After Mom and Dad finished preparing I called Victoria that we were already done. And we're now just waiting for the car. We waited for a couple of minutes when we heard a honking sound. That must be the Marvin.

The car pulled in front of us and Marvin got off of it and guided us inside. When all of us are already inside Marvin started the engine and drove to the wedding. I was so nervous because I might end being a friend who has feelings for her best friends husband, and I don't want that to happen.

We arrived at the church for about 30 minutes of driving. We were greeted by Victoria's Mom, Grace. The dress she's wearing is absolutely complimenting her petite frame.

"Hello Williams Family, it's really good to see you. I'm so glad that you made it." She said while hugging us.
She hugged me and pulled away quickly then she examined me. I was uncomfortable at first but hide it with a smile.

"You look stunning Serenity! That dress is so beautiful on you." She complimented. "Oh, thank you so much Mrs. Stanford. That dress is as beautiful as you."I complimented back.

"Thank you dear. I had to get going I have to check on Victoria for a moment before she walks down the aisle."She said before she disappeared.

I was staring at the front door of the church and decided to go inside. It was a paradise full of angel, the painting on the walls, the three chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. It was beautiful.

I was preventing myself from singing because I don't want to startle all the people in there and also because I don't want to be the center of attention. So I just hummed to myself.

As I was humming and glancing at the masterpieces still in awe, I was startled by a tap on my shoulder. I quickly turned around and stepped backwards.

"Mom! You scared me!" I said still in a state of shock.

"I'm sorry honey, but they said that all the guests must be inside before the groom arrives, and they said it's about 5 minutes before he comes." She said.

I quickly went to my seat next to my parents. I absentmindedly played with my hands because of nervousness, and stamping my foot. Mom noticed it and took my shaking hands. That made me feel relaxed.

"Thanks Mom." I mumbled. She just smiled at me not letting go of my hands.

Scanning the whole area, I noticed the theme if the wedding. Gold and White with an accent of blue. It's simple but elegant. As we were waiting for the ceremony to start, we heard a honk from outside. That must be Kurt.

I sat properly and waited for the door to open, not long enough it did. I looked at the door and saw Kurt. He's wearing a white tux partnered with a gold bow tie. The combination of the colors suited him perfectly.

As I was looking at him, the only emotion that I can feel at this point is happiness. I finally accepted the fact that Him and Victoria were mentioned for each other.

As he walks down the aisle, he stopped in front of me. I stood up and hugged him.

"I'm so happy for the both of you." I genuinely stated. He hugged me back.
"Thank you, so much." He said. I just hugged him tightly.

We waited for the other guests and Victoria to arrive. The church was half full when Victoria's mom entered. We waited for a few minutes when the players started to play.

The door opened wide and an angel more like a goddess was walking straight down the aisle with her father. She was as beautiful as a nightingale.

When she was on the altar and was facing Kurt, I can't help but cry because this there awaited moment.
After they exchanged vows we all headed to the reception.

My seat was next to the bride and the groom because I am the maid of honor. I went to Kurt and Victoria who was speaking with another guest, probably a co-worker of Kurt. As they continued to talk I was about to go and find something to drink when Victoria noticed my presence.

"Oh! Serenity come here, you won't guess who just showed up!" She said rather excitedly. I was confused but when the person they were just talking to, turned to greet me, butterflies came flying in my stomach.

"E-ethan?" Was all I could utter.
