"Sanskar, your father has high fever. I couldn't get it what to do so I came here" Annapurna said with worriedly and tension on her face.

"Maa, just relax. I will call Laksha to ask about medication" Sanskar said and trying to calm his mother. Swara came near her and held her supporting her.
Sanskar called Laksha and he picked up after two rings.

"Hello lucky, Dad got high fever" He said hurriedly with worried by seeing his mother face who was on the verge of cry. Swara was holding her in her embrace and consoling her.

"Don't worry, first do one thing. Check the temperature and tell me fast" Laksha said while sitting on bed.

"Ok" Sanskar rushed to his Dad room Swara and Annapurna followed him. he checked temperature, it's 100 °C

"Lucky it's 100" Sanskar told him while seeing thermometer.

"Don't get worry. I prescribed some medicines already in case. Just give XXX this medicine and keep wet cloth on his forehead till temperature reduces and check for temperature for every one hour. I will come at morning" Laksha said

"Ok, Bye" Sanskar cut the call and did what he was told.

"Maa you go and sleep. I will take care of Dad and you look tired" Sanskar told her mother who was standing with pale face.

"No, you both go. I will take care of him" Annapurna said while seeing her husband's pale face. At now she was not ready to leave him.

"No Maa, see yourself. You are looking very tired. You go and sleep in another room. I will look after Dad" Sanskar forcefully made her agree and sent to adjacent room for her to sleep. He looked at Swara who was sitting on near by couch.

"Swara you go and sleep. It's very late" Sansksr said by seeing her sleepy face

"No you go, I will take care of Dad" Swara said

"No it's ok, I will take care. You go and sleep" Sanskar said again.

"No, you go" She said stubbornly. He felt defeated infront of her stubbornness.

"Ok we both will stay here" They said in chorus. Both looked at each other and a small smile crept on their lips by seeing their childish act. Both sat on couch. Sanskar was checking temperature for every hour. Finally after one hour temperature started to fall. Sanskar let out relief sign when temperature finally reduced. It was morning 4 am both dozed on the couch only.

At morning Swara woke up due to feeling sun rays on her face. She looked at surrounding then remembered at night incident and looked at side and found Sanskar who was sleeping on her shoulder peacefully. She stared at him for sometime, no doubt he was looking very calm, mostly looking very cute with his messy hair. Swara chuckled on her thoughts. She slowly put cushion below his head without disturbing his sleep and went to their room. After getting fresh up she went downstairs to make tea for all. She prepared tea for all. It's early morning so workers still didn't come. She came to Durga room and placed tea cups on table and checked his temperature. At the same time Sanskar woke up by disturbance because of uncomfortableness and saw his wife who was checking of his father's temperature. She was looking very beautiful in her plain pink colour saree. Sun rays were falling on her face which was glowing more without make up. She just put Sindoor and Mangalsutra around her neck. She was looking divine. He couldn't take off his eyes. He came into sense when his mother entered inside the room.
