Chapter 5: Deal making

The Radio Demon was smirking widely at the Siren demon his right arm was behind his back leaning towards her.

Nikki is watching, her tail flicking softly, before she hops lightly down onto the ground.

"My dear, I can sense something... something powerful but it seems you are not willing to let it show." Alastor said, looking into her eyes.

Felicity raised an eyebrow to his statement. "What are you getting at?" She asked

"He's saying you won't be strong enough to defend yourself when you encounter one of the demons that are the same caliber as Al over here..." She says, gesturing to Al.

Alastor and Felicity looked down at the little dragon.

"Nikki is correct." Alastor replied before looking back into Felicity's eyes. "So what I am offering... is my protection."

Felicity shot him a slight glare at him saying that.

Nikki shakes her head a bit. "It would be a wise decision. Believe me. I found out the hard way when I wasn't strong enough. It's only thanks to him I'm alive..." She says, scratching an itch on her neck.

Felicity glanced down at her before looking back to Alastor. "But what's in it for you?" She asked

Alastor's smile widened again. "I am pretty sure you know the answer to that my dear, but I guess I can repeat myself..." he said getting slightly closer to her grabbing her chin locking eyes with her. "It would be for my own entertainment."

"I mean, he has been bored lately." She says, resting her chin on her talons, yawning a bit.

Felicity didn't respond right away she didn't know what to think About all of this, her body was telling her to get far from him while another said she should take the deal, Alastor could see the conflict in her face so he backed off a little standing up straight both hands behind his back.

"It seems you cannot decide at the moment..." he said calmly

Felicity looked at the Radio Demon in confusion.

"I'll let you think it over..." Alastor continued

Nikki looks at the two, stretching before standing up.

The Siren Demon was slightly confused and looked away, folding her ears back a little. "Alright... let's just get back to the hotel..." she said before heading back towards the hotel in somewhat of a hurry.

Alastor wanted her before signaling Nikki to hop onto his shoulder before he began to follow her.

Nikki hops onto his shoulder, sighing softly.

The three of them quickly got back to the hotel and Felicity moved away from the door really fast, and almost bolted towards her room leaving Alastor and Nikki alone in the lobby.

Nikki looks up at Al, curious.

Alastor didn't say anything for a moment he just stared towards where the Siren Demon left. "She is hiding something... she clearly wants to keep it hidden." he said as his grin seemed to have gotten bigger.

Nikki nods. "Yeah."

Alastor looked down at Nikki. "Well she won't be able to hide it forever..." he grinned before heading up the stairs.

Nikki goes to her nest, curling up on it and dozing off a bit.

Felicity had run into her room quickly, closing the door and rushing to her bathroom looking at herself, she gasped to herself as she said blood down the right side of her face that she somehow missed cleaning up back at the forest area.

Felicity you dumb ass! She cried to herself going to get herself cleaned off once more turning on the water to the shower. You nearly blew your cover!

The Siren Demon sighed as she got herself ready for the shower, the clothes she wore also stained with blood. "Well I guess I ruined another set of clothes..." she said out loud.

Once getting out of the bloody clothes she tosses them out before she stepped into the shower and got herself properly cleaned off the blood off her body, but as she was she kept cursing herself for nearly being discovered by Alastor she wouldn't know what to do if he found out the truth about her.

Felicity stop... he is not going to find out, it's all in your head...she thought to herself.

Felicity sighed finishing her shower turning the water off and wrapping a towel around her before getting herself ready for bed, she couldn't get the whole thing out of her head it really troubled her knowing the Radio Demon was close to discovering her true self.
