Chapter 7: Affection

The rest of the ride back to the hotel was quiet but Alastor was close to Felicity having his arm around her making the cat demon blush once more he chuckled, the cat demon had admired the bracelet on her left wrist she felt glad to have something for extra protection but she was still a little conflicted of what was going on within her mind.

After arriving back at the Hotel the two walked into the door Felicity said her good night to Alastor before heading to her room. The Radio Demon watched her leave his smile still never leaving him finding out Felicity's little 'secret' brought him something that he felt special.

Nikki walks to her nest, looking up at Alastor. "What're you thinking?....." She asks, looking up at him.

Alastor looked down at her holding his staff in his right hand tightly. "Nothing much..." he replied

"Nothing much is always something with you Al...." She says, pawing at her nest, making it poof up a bit.

Alastor laughed. "You know me so well, Nikki."

"So......what're you planning?....." Nikki asks, curling up on her nest.

"You will see soon enough, my little friend." Alastor replied before leaving for his room.

"Ok then...." Nikki mutters to herself, before yawning, partially dozing off.

Alastor walked down the halls coming across Felicity's room stopping at the door looking towards it, he thought for a moment before moving his hand up glowing red and snapped his fingers a bright red glow came and faded only leaving a red barrier-like structure appeared. Alastor's smile widened before he left to him room again.

Nikki is asleep, at least to the untrained eye. Her ears are unusually perked up slightly. She's always on guard.

The next morning everything was up doing things like normal and once more Felicity was not there, Alastor decided to go and see her walking up to her room.

Nikki is outside her room, sleeping. She had dragged a small part of her nest over next to the door. Her instincts must've kicked in overnight.

The Radio Demon got to the Siren demon's room looking down at Nikki chuckling to himself a little, shaking his head before going to enter Felicity's room.

Nikki wakes up, looking up at him quickly, before relaxing, seeing it's him. She rolls back over, quickly falling back asleep.

Alastor closed the door behind him quietly walking into the room to find the Siren demon in bed fast asleep, he looked at her curiously for a moment before going to sit down on the other side and just watched her waiting for Felicity to wake up.

What seemed like hours the Radio Demon heard soft groans he opened his eyes to see Felicity waking up he smiled as she seemed to have stretched like a cat in a way, and shaking herself a little. Alastor chuckled a little catching her attention fairly staring towards him in shock and quickly grabbed the blankets on her bed. "What the fuck?!" she asked loudly covering more of herself.

Alastor tilted his head a little to the side smiling like he always did. "Did you sleep well, my dear?" he asked

Felicity stared at him completely flustered. "Y-yes... Wait..." Felicity started and her face went redder. "How long have you been here?!"

"Long enough." Alastor replied

Felicity groaned looking away from him grabbing the blankets and rushing into her closet, Alastor laughed again.

Nikki wakes up a bit. She calls in drowsily, nudging her muzzle under the door a bit "Probably shoulda warned you about that Felicity!......" She says, before audibly falling right back asleep.
