Bob found Redneck Jim just as everybody got up to go eat more fudge pie. "Man, that was deep. That was profound. That was inspiring. That was uplifting. That was great," Bob said. "Thank you," Jim replied, "I had hoped it would be." No-Leg Timmy then came up and joined them. "Hey, Timmy! How've you been?" Redneck Jim asked. "Great. Your daughter is a good cook!" Timmy said. "Yep. I'm off to devour some more of her fudge pie!" Larry said, coming up behind them. "Amen!" John shouted. Everybody laughed. "What? It's really good!" John protested. "I have to agree. It is good!" Bob agreed. They walked to the mess hall, got their pie, and sat down. "I have to admit, it feels good to be free. I didn't think it would ever happen, but it did! And all thanks to you, Bob. You came up with this whole idea!" Redneck Jim said. Then he started chanting, "BOB! BOB! BOB! BOB!" Everybody joined in. Bob stood up and thanked everybody for everything they'd done to help with the war effort. Afterwards, everyone went outside for a bonfire under the stars- a perfect ending to a perfect day. Bob smiled as he thought about all that had happened the past few weeks- but he knew this was only the beginning.
