running was a skill that not many kids enjoyed, but being a track star ran through her veins, believing one day she could beat the world record. after rotters dig their sharp teeth into her fathers neck and she's separated from her mother, brother, and sister, she wonders if she broke that record. with pained ankle and a bloody wound, throat aching and anxiety built, she finds herself on a farm where an old man heals her and she meets a beautiful blonde girl who changes her life.
