Chapter 11: It's Shower Time

* 6 months later *

"JERMAINE, LETS GO"

I grabbed my hat off the dresser and began to rush down stairs. Heaven kept rushing me and she doesn't even know where we going. I told her to get pretty because I was taking her some where special. What she didn't know was I planned her a surprise baby shower. She is going to love it. Since we decided to wait and find out what we are having, the theme is tropical. Pretty good colors to, some oranges, yellows, greens and baby blues. I hope she loves it, I been planning for the past three months.

"Baby clam down! I told you I was going to get my hat"

"I'm sorry Jay, but I'm excited"

She looked so beautiful in the yellow and blue dress I bought her. You could see her round 6 & a half month belly. It was just so adorable. The ring on left ring finger shined. Yes guys! I proposed.

"Jay?"

"Oh yeah?"

"What is on that mind of yours?"

"Just how beautiful you are baby" 

"Awe you so sweet, but can we go now?"

We walked to the car and I helped Heaven get in, with all that belly she could not move on her own. She also has a little waddle to her like penguins do which is so adorable. Working on this baby shower was so hard for me. I wanted everything to go as planned.

We walked into the hall and everybody was there. Heaven began to cry as soon as everyone greated us.

"Heaven, you look so beautiful my baby girl is glowing"

"Oh mom this is wonderful, who did all this?"

Quickly everybody looked my way and I have to say I began to smile. Right when Heaven looked at me I tried to turn as if someone else was behind me but she caught me.  

"Oh my god Jermaine I love you so much, you did this for me ?"

"Of course I did, you are my soon to be wife, you can have anything you want."

Heaven's smile stretched to her ears and I couldn't be more happier. My woman was fine and that meant I was as well. I was finally ready to make her my wife and do right by her. Her cousins grabbed her and my aunt started the baby shower games. Nothing could possibly mess this day up for us. It was perfect.
