Dear Mom: Letters from an Ungrateful Kitten to his Non-Existent Mother

Hi, I'm Li'l Petey. I'm a kitten, as you know. I'm 4 years old. My Papa is Petey the Cat. he was a bad guy, but now he's good. I got a sister, too! Her name is Patricia. She's 2 years old.

I started this journal so I can write to someone that doesn't exist. As you know, I don't have a mom, so I wanted to write to one. It was pretty creative of me to do that. But still...

I originally called it "Dear Mom", but Papa added "Letters from an ungrateful kitten". Patricia added "to his non existent mother" to it cuz she felt bad that Papa did that. Papa saw the title & said, "Well this title is a family effort!" Patricia said, "YAY!"
