It's been about 6 months and Midoriya hasn't woken up. All of Class 1-A, including the teachers and principal, came every week to visit him. They all would bring flowers, get well cards, teddy bears and even chocolates for him. One day, a miracle happens.
Midoriya: *starts waking up* hmm.
Doctor: Oh. Welcome back, Izuku. We thought you would never wake up.
Midoriya: *talks in a low voice* W-what happened? W-where am I?
Doctor: You're in the hospital. You were hit by a semi truck 6 months ago.
Midoriya: Really?
Doctor: Yes. Your arms and legs were broken. You should be at least 50% healed. So we're gonna take off the casts for a few hours to see if we need to do surgery. Okay?
Midoriya: O-okay.
Midoriya looks around the room and sees all the gifts and things piled up against the wall next to the window.
Midoriya: Where did all the gifts come from?
Doctor: Oh. The gifts? Your classmates, friends, teachers and principal bought them for you while you were in a coma for the past 6 months. They were worried. Including your mother. She knew you would make it and brought you some clothes for when you're discharged from the hospital.
Midoriya: Friends?
Doctor: Yes. Their names are Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Tenya Iida and Eijiro Kirishima.
Midoriya: Oh. Okay, I guess.
Doctor: Now let's get these casts off, shall we?
Midoriya: *nods*
The doctors start taking off the casts. Within 4 hours, Midoriya started to move around slowly and gradually increases his movement in his arms and legs. Surprisingly, he was completely healed so he didn't need surgery. It's been about 2 weeks since Bakugo last visited Midoriya. On a Friday after school, Bakugo decided to go visit him. First, he went to a flower shop and bought a bouquet of flowers. Then he went to buy some chocolates and a card for Midoriya. Then went to the hospital. When he got to his room.
Bakugo: *walks to the door and stopped when he sees Midoriya standing and looking out the window*
Midoriya: *standing and looking out the window towards the city*
Bakugo: M-Midoriya?
Midoriya: *heard a familiar voice, turns around and freezes when he sees Bakugo* K-Kacchan?
Bakugo: *slowly walks in towards him*
Midoriya: W-what are you doing here?
Bakugo: *silent, but still walking towards him, in shock, placing the flower, card and chocolates on the chair*
Midoriya: Please. Don't hurt me.
Bakugo: *hugs him, putting his face in his neck, then starts crying* Izuku.... I'm..... So sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for all the pain and hurt i caused you. *cries harder*
Midoriya: *eyes widen in shock*
Midoriya never seen that side of Bakugo before. He was shocked to see and hear him cry. Eventually.
Midoriya: *smiles and hugs back, holding him and running his hand through his hair* Kacchan.
Bakugo: *still crying* I'm happy you're still alive. I will never hurt you again. EVER.
Midoriya: It's okay. You didn't know any better. *breaks hug, lifts his head up towards him and kisses him on the lips*
Bakugo: *kisses back*
