You looked up at your professor who has yet to actually help you for the exam retake. This is your second bad grade and one more can seriously harm your grade all the way to an F. To make things worse, it was a MATH exam....
You were never this bad at math but lately it's as if all of your knowledge is completely gone on the subject and it sucks more that there's nobody else in the whole campus who can help. What..A...Bummer....
"Look, Ms. Y/L/N.. I don't know what else to tell you; Maybe you should sign up for a tutor for the weekend before the test on Tuesday." He gave you a sincere answer and that's what you were thankful for, but you don't have time for another tutor session nor do you want to study more. To be honest you had six full-time classes and you didn't have time for your professor to tell you to get a tutor or re-take. YOU NEED A 100% SCORE DAMNIT !!
You leave the classroom and prepare to leave the campus back to your apartment. It was only one bedroom and one bathroom but you were able to convince your mom and that's all that matters. Going to college was a big thing for your family because you were the FIRST in the family to travel over-seas for schooling. It made everyone very proud but the schooling was very hard and the teachers were always on your ass whether you've done any work or not.
You honestly needed a break from all of this working. It's been two out of your four years of being in college and it made you very proud of your self but the work made you have migraine.
You take out your keys once you've finished the five minute walk and unlocked your door. Before you stepped inside you looked down at the small strawberry plant near the welcome mat.
You noticed a small animal inside of it and thought it was a baby squirrel. It was eating the small leaves of the blooming strawberries and it honestly warmed your heart over scarring you. You tried to touch it but it got startled and knocked the small plant over. "Hey..hey, come here, I won't harm you."
You reached by it's small body and it sniffed you before rolling into your hands. As you lifted the cute creature you noticed how it's body was slightly prickly and fit perfectly in your palm.
You quickly brought it in and plopped it gently on your bed. It un balled itself and looked up at you.

You couldn't help but gently pat its back. It was so cute and warmed your day completely. You step away and run to your fridge to get some strawberries and clean them off.
You hurry and rush back to your room with the berries to find the little creature sniffing at the bead spread. You lower the strawberries to it's mouth and it gladly eats them. You walk away back to the kitchen for a small container of water.
You rush back to the room to give it the water only to see a man instead.
