It's Jeongin's birthday so I wanted to write one based on that!!

{IN's POV}

I was sleeping peacefully until my alarm went off.
8 am
Huh. I thought I set my alarm for 7? Maybe I just pressed the wrong button.
I sat up in my bed and looked down at the bunk beds next to me and the one below me. No one was there.
Wait! Am I late for something?? Was there an event I forgot?? No. They totally would've woken me up. Right..?
I quickly got out of bed, still in my big pj shirt and striped pj pants, and walked out the door.
I walked into the quiet living room.

"Surprise!" Everyone yelled and jumped out.

I jumped in shock.

"What's all this about??"

"Don't tell me you forgot! It's your birthday!" Hyunjin wrapped his arm around me and laughed.

"Oh. Yeah I did." I laughed at myself in embarrassment.

Chan brought out and cake and Woojin turned off the lights.

"Happy Birthday to you!" They all began to sing and I smiled.
They're all so sweet. I can't believe I forgot my own birthday. I'm such an idiot.

I blew out the candles and they all clapped.

Jisung stuck his finger in the icing and booped my nose, leaving the icing right there on my face. "Hey!" I laughed and wiped it off.

The whole day was filled with joy and laughter. The company gave us the day off so we went to an arcade, bowling, and then out to eat. By the time we got back to the dorms, it was 9 at night.

I decided to head back to my empty dorm room, but when I did, I wasn't alone.

"Hey." Seungmin smiled bashfully.
"Oh hey. What's up?" I walked in and took a seat on the bottom bunk, Hyunjin's bed.
"I.. I need to tell you something." He took a spot on the bed as well.
"Okay." I looked at him.
He looks really... nervous.
"Hey.. it's okay just tell me."
He looked up at me and took a deep breath.

"I.. I like you."

My face flashed red as he confessed.
"Wha..wha.. what??! Me?! You?! I.. I uh.. I don't know.. I mean you mean a lot to me but I don't even know what that all means! I'm sorry I'm so stupid but I don't want to play with your feelings like that!" I waved my arms around while rambling my head off.
To be honest I care a lot about everyone in the group, but Seungmin always makes me laugh and smile. Even if he's just teasing me, it makes me kinda happy. I know I always push him away but it doesn't stop him which is kinda nice I guess..

"It's okay." He smiled. "As long as you don't hate me for saying that."

"Of course not!! I could never hate you!"

"But you always push me away and stuff. You always seemed annoyed by me."

"No no no!! I mean yeah you can be annoying sometimes but I love the way you are!! Don't ever change! Cause I kinda like it when you tease me..." I rubbed the back of my neck and my cheeks flushed.

In the next few seconds I felt his lips against my red cheek.
AAAAAHHHH! Wait. His lips. Are.. soft.
He quickly backed away after the peck.
"Sorry."

"No. Don't be. It's okay."
Kiss him. WHAT? Kiss. Him.
My impulses took over and I pecked him on the lips.
I immediately pulled back and buried my face in my hands.
"Ah! Sorry sorry sorry!!"

He gently took my hands away from my face. Making me lift my head in embarrassment. He let go of my hands and held my red cheeks. He leaned in and kissed my lips with his soft ones.
My eyes widened before closing and melting into the touch.
He smiled and I slowly placed my hands on his waist, pulling him closer.
We held the kiss for a few moments before drifting away and getting lost in each other's stares.

"I think I might like you too."

He grinned before grabbing me into a hug.
"Ugh not again!" I laughed and tried escape his clutch.
"You know you love it."

He's adorable and I just love watching him perform and have fun with all the members. He's so talented and it wouldn't be the same without him. Nothing can replace him 💛
