Chapter 38

(Jungkook's POV)
I really missed her. But if I did visit her, she wouldn't feel the same way. This is because she said that we should have a brake. Everytime I think about the fact that she said that made me upset and annoyed at the same time. Maybe it was time to get Taehyung. Maybe if I took him to her she would feel a bit different. 'I should talk to Taehyung.' I thought.

Then, I decided to look for Taehyung. I got out of my room and saw Taehyung right away. He was standing up, leaning against the wall with a lolipop on his mouth. I walked up to him with both my pockets on my hands and sighed.

As I went up to him, he made a disgusted look and finished of the lollipop with a big lick and a bite. "Why are you here." He straight away asked blankly, throwing away the lollipop stick towards the bin with great aim. The lollipop stick got inside the bin.

"T-Taehyung-"

"Hurry up."

I sighed and continued, "You want to see Jennie."

He immediately stood up straight and looked straight at me. "I can see Jennie?" He asked. I nodded slowly. He nodded and walked towards the door straight away. I looked at him and sighed. "But can we go tommorow-"

"No. I want to go today. Now." He said sternly, making me give out a heavy sigh again. I walked towards the door and looked at him. "Let's go then shall we." I said. He nodded and showed a little smile I haven't seen before. So then, we put on our hats and left.

As we arrived, security searches us carefully again, but lucky, we never got caught. Then, we waited.

(Jennie's POV)
"Someone's here to see you, Jennie." The police officer said blankly, looking at me. I looked at Lucas, then back at the officer.

"Can I bring Lucas with me?" I asked. The officer rolled his eyes and nodded a 'no.' "Okay. But I'm not going out there until Lucas comes with me." The officer rolled his eyes and nodded a 'yes.' He attached both chains to our neck (as always) and led us out of the room. I looked at Lucas, who smiled at me, then I sat down beside him. This time, there were two people. Both were wearing hats. They blth slowly raised their heads.

I saw Taehyung and Jungkook. I immediately stood up, but the police officer pulled my chain harshly. Taehyung smiled at me and held my hand, making Lucas and Jungkook wince. My eyes started to fill with tears. Taehyung leaned closer to me to wipe my tear away that has dropped down my cheek. Jungkook looked down and sighed, whilst Lucas just held my hand from underneath the table. Then, I see Hyunjin coming. Taehyung and Jungkook saw him, and so did he.

"What. The. Heck." Hyunjin said word for word. Taehyung grunted and Jungkook made his free hands into fists. However, Hyunjin just smirked and sat down infront of a young lady. I looked at her closely and saw Yiren.

"Yiren?"

"Hey Hyunjin!" She smiled and kissed his cheek. Hyunjin groaned and looked away from her.

I looked back to Taehyung, who wasn't holding my hand this time. Instead, Jungkook and Taehyung started glaring at Lucas, who was doing the same thing. I sighed and looked at Jungkook. He immediately noticed me looking at him so I rolled my eyes. "How are you Jennie." Taehyung asked.

"I'm f-fine..." I said, rubbing the shock collar that was around my neck. Taehyung tilted his head a little in confusion.

"So you have a shock collar huh, with one around your wrist and ankle."

I looked down and tried to held back my tears as the feeling of the harsh electric came to my head. He also looked at Lucas and looked down on the door. "Was it painful..."

I looked at Taehyung and nodded a little, making him wince a little. He smiled at me and leaned closer to mg face, as he kissed my cheek. I smiled and chuckled a little. He done the same. Lucas kept hold of my other hand from underneath and Jungkook was just sitting, not even saying a word to me.

"Time's up." The police officer said, pulling the metal chain that was attached to my neck using his right hand. He done the same to Lucas, using his left hand. Taehyung stood up and ran up to me, hugging me from behind. I froze. His arms were wrapped around my waist, and his face was leaning on top of my shoulders. Jungkook stood up and watched us both.

"I'll miss you." He whispered. Then, he let go of me. Jungkook walked up to Taehyung and grabbed his shoulder as the police officer continued on pulling the chain.

As I got to the room, I felt a shock in my wrist. "OUCH!" I groaned in pain. I fell down to my knees as the police officer walked up to me. He smacked me and kicked me.

"You were outside of this room for TOO LONG!" He said, "AND THAT GOES FOR YOU TO!" He pointed at Lucas and shocked his wrist as well. He winced and sat down on the bed. Then, the officer left without another word.

As the door shut infront of me, I quickly ran up to Lucas and checked on him. "Are you alright?..." I asked quietly. He responded with a nod and smiled at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine..."

I gave out a small smile and sat beside him. "S-sorry about that. It was my fault in the first place that you got shocked..." I apologised, looking down.

I felt a hand on my chin. Lucas lifted my face up to look at him, and smiled. "It wasn't your fault. Don't blame yourself for everything."

"But it's true-"

"It's not." He said and leaned closer to my face. I leaned back a little. After that, I gave a simple nod. I leaned closer to his face this time and smiled. "Thank's Lucas, for making me feel better..." I thanked, chuckling a little. He nodded and smirked.

"No problem, Jennie."
