The guy walked over with the confidence of Simba, from the movie 'The Lion King', at the part of which he finally challenged Scar for the 'King of The Pride Lands' throne.
He felt like nothing could stop him from finally going after what he wanted, and that was enough to keep him steady for the most part.
It was a big risk considering that his dream girl was surrounded by nothing but physically fit guys, and his conscience played no part in boosting his self esteem as he noticed his own ungracefulness in being below the average of thin, and not to mention his muscular build up not being of bragging rights.
There was no denying that his anxiety had took the form of self doubting as he begun to ask himself if he were competition material.
I mean sure he had lacked the upper body physique of anyone who obviously worked out as a job, but could he seriously push his weight against these guys?
The question goes unanswered
As his mind ran every which way it could possibly go, it didn't come to his attention that he was now standing just a few steps away from her.
The sweat threatened to drip from his forehead at any given second as his fingers began to twitched uncontrollably at his side.
The red man on his right shoulder started to whisper things into his ear, causing his lips to straight line defeat.
It was no longer a simple fear of what could go wrong, because it became a reality.
At first, Jason had thought that his friend finally would catch a break from it all. The constant pain of putting himself down, the depression because he wouldn't dare look at another girl, and if he did he would surely walk away because they weren't enough. All of it was pure agony to watch his friend have to go through and he just silently hoped that this time would be different.
But there she was, in her complete beauty that was unmatchable. Jason couldn't see what was so scary about taking a chance if it was something you really wanted. Yes, it was undeniable that this chick was different from the others, but it was nothing a real man shouldn't be able to handle.
Her mouth was open, as her beautiful laugh filled the airs around them. Her alluring brown eyes were shut as she clutched onto her stomach, barely being able to walk in her sandals. She held onto this tall guy beside her, as the other surrounding figures poked fun at how clumsy she became.
As she was engulfed in her own little parade, it was unknown to her of his presence, but even still he surely took observance of her.
He noticed everything about her...
From the way her brows furrowed together when she thought about something seriously. Or the way if she felt passionate about something, there would definitely be a fight behind it. He had thought about this girl on a level unknown and she had no idea.
