Lately, I've been taking late-night drives in Eva's area looking at her house and when she comes home and what's not.
"Keke we're going to be late hurry for school!" I yelled over the loud music she was playing.
I knocked on the door no answer, so I decided to walk in. When I entered she was on the bed lying down fully clothed looking up at the ceiling.
"Keke are you okay. Its time to go" I said as I yanked on her arms to get up.
She slowly got up turned the music off and we headed to her car her body language alone told me that she would want me to drive us to school cause obviously she wasn't in the mood.
The drive to school was quiet, not one word was uttered between us but I knew better to let her stay quiet for too long because once she was in that mood she was overthinking. I knew based on how she drifted off.
We walked into school and automatically her mood changed soon she was in the building.
I turned to her, " We have Eva today."
Okay was all she said in return, I was frustrated so I just went to my locker pulled out my books and hurried to class so that we wouldn't be late.
When we entered the class Eva wasn't in the class so we could get a seat together. Keke looked at me fingers trembling, with fear or anger I didn't know saying.
"Juliet I'm afraid of myself especially how the bitch nearly made me eat your dog like honestly Juliet right now I just wanna snap her neck"
Then she started to imitate the sound of a neck cracking, and at that moment Eva walked in her eyes staring between the two of us. I could feel the smirk forming on my face as she watched at her new student.
" Good morning class, I see we have a new student here, can you please come up here and introduce yourself to the class." She said smiling while making direct eye contact with me.
Keke looked at me before walking away she looked at me before standing up and finally introducing her self.
"Hi, I'm Keke and I'm new here" she said as she smiled genuinely at Eva.
Keke sat and right away she began classes as normal, which was strange she never does such things.
"Alright has please take out your homework and let's discuss it so that Keke can understand."

The day was hectic so right after Eva ended classes I was rushing out to go home when Eva called me back.
The disappointment burned my stomach like sour milk trying to push its way up to my throat. I turned around almost tasting my freedom as it was one footstep away.
"Juliet I'll like to speak to you please right now," she said as she was leading the way.
"Miss Eva I cannot be staying back after classes like this all the time, please make it snappy", I was beginning to get annoyed of her and the games she played. it was only because of Julie.
"Juliet my dear student I'm only going to tell you again don't bring people into what's between me and you, what's going on between me and you has everything to do with your past which I know you remember little after that little accident you had."
The once bold expression I wore was now gone. how had she known about my accident?
I looked up in shock, mouth agape.
felt the shock of it as if I had been slapped.
"How do you know about that?" I quickly managed to choke out.
All she said without any readable expression was.
"It'll all make sense soon"
Like that she left.
Unable to function from shock, I sat down on a chair wondering, who could she possibly be.

That night my mission was different when I went for my usual stakeout at Eva's house it was to gather some evidence as to who she could be.
I made sure Keke was in her bed and quickly sneaked out the house in a mid-thigh red skirt, as for the top, I wore a white shirt with floral embroidery flowers on the shoulders of the shirt and to finish it off I wore my favourite hoop earrings.
I know what you're saying why am I so dressed up but I had plans to go on a dinner with myself to do planning with Julie.

With a swift movement, I slipped out the door and into my vehicle. within half an hour's drive, I was three houses away from Eva's parked observing the house. I looked at the time on my vehicle and it said 10:51 pm. I stayed looking at the house waiting to see if the time she retired to bed was 11:30.
After the time passed that she was sleeping I began to feel druzy and my eyelids began to burn. As I allowed the overbearing sleep to take me over the neighbourhood became deadly silent with every occasional rustling of the bushes.

Before allowing my head to tilt backwards, with quick unexpected movements and noise from the bush to my car door closing.
Someone with big rough hands held my mouth from the back of my car.
I try to wriggle myself out of the firm hold of the stranger but it was in vain.
The person behind started to move closer to me from the hot air that was now on my neck.
Why was this turning me on? It shouldn't not in this situation.
For the first time during all the madness that has been happening, I felt afraid. For what I heard and saw could not prepare me for the shock of my life.
