"this is so stupid" percy says as the three of us walk towards the disney store in the mall. "what's the point?" he asks.
"bc. we get to be around a bunch of other people who like the show, free food, AND we get to sing all the songs" i smile at him. "wow omg so fun" percy laughs as penelope jokingly punches him in the shoulder.
we walk into the store and the store is already filled with the laughter of teenagers and kids. the only teenagers are the ones who watch hsmtmts.
"okay guys. everyone sit down here. this is how it'll work! we will play several songs from the show and everyone can sing along. also, towards the end there will be a special karaoke opportunity for one special person in the crowd!" the lady says as the music starts to play. we all sing along and have a good time. except maybe not percy. but i love him anyways.
