Chapter 11: I love it!

Deans POV:

I woke up noticing I wasn't on the couch anymore. In fact, I was in Seth's bed, with his arm wrapped around me.

He must've brought me up here last night... I contemplated and smiled at the thought.

I noticed Seth started to wake up. I quickly closed my eyes and heard giggling, making me confused.

"I know you're awake, Ambrose." Seth humbly chuckled.

"You got me." I sighed whilst stretching and sitting up.

"Wanna bunk school today?" Seth asked, excitedly, resting his head on the headboard.

"B-Bunk school?" I questioned, "What if our mums find out?"

"Who says they have to know?" Seth said, smirking.

I thought for a while. Skipping with Seth... A whole day with him... I can live with that...

"Why not?" I smiled.

"Yay!" He cheered, making me giggle.

We went downstairs and had breakfast. Seth's mum was rushing all around the house, doing things like giving Mr Rollins his medicine, making sure the house was clean and making sure we weren't late for school.

I sat down at the breakfast table, next to AJ Lee, Seth's sister.

"Hey, Dean!" She smiled.

"Hey, Lee," I said, returning the smile.

We ate breakfast and Seth finally came down from his father's room.

"Hey, Big Bro," AJ said.

"Hi..." Seth responded, sounding tired, sitting next to me.

"You okay?" I whispered to him.

"Yeah." He said with a grateful smile.

We got ready and left the house.

"Bye mum!" Seth yelled.

"Bye sweethearts!" She said, rushing over to Seth and me, leaving kisses on both our foreheads. "Be good!"

"We will," Seth replied. He opened the door and we both left the house.

"So... Where are we going?" I asked.

"Um... How about the arcade?" Seth offered.

"Yeah, sure," I answered.

@ 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞:

We got to the arcade and immediately started playing on all the games. Since most people were in school, it was practically empty.

"Hey, Seth, I bet you this 5 pounds, that I'll beat you in that game," I said pointing at a game with basketballs.

"You're on," Seth said, grinning.

"What!" Seth yelled.

"Looks like I'm keeping this," I said, waving the 5-pound note in the air.

"How did you win?" Seth said, in shock.

"What can I say? I'm proof of perfection." I replied, cockily.

"Yeah, right." Seth scoffed, rolling his eyes.

Seth and I were finishing off in the arcade. We had a lot of tickets, so we decided we would spend them on all sorts of things. I had 2,978 tickets whilst Seth had 1,475.

I noticed Seth staring at this teddy bear. I looked at the number of tickets it was worth. 2,000.

I had enough to get I for him.

"Um, excuse me?" I spoke.

"Yes, kid?" The worked said, turning to me.

"Can I get that teddy bear?" I said, "The one over there."

He went over, got the stuffed bear and I handed him my tokens.

I then went up to Seth and gave him the bear.

"What's this for?" He questioned, giving a confused look.

"I saw you staring at it... so I bought it for you..." I said sheepishly, scratching the back of my neck.

"Aww, Deano! I love it!" He said, "Thank you so much!"

"It was no problem," I responded.

We left the arcade and went back to Seth's place.

We got back to Seth's house, greeted by a very angry Mrs Rollins.

"Why did I get a call from the school, that you both skipped school?" She questioned.

"Um..." Seth spoke.

"So much for her not finding out..." I mumbled to him making him awkwardly chuckle.

"I'll let you both off this once..." She sighed and went into the kitchen.

"Well, that was close." Seth sighed.

We had dinner and went up to Seth's room. I decided to stay the night again.

We got into our night clothes and got into bed.

Around 5 minutes after, I felt Seth rest his head on my chest.

I smiled brightly as darkness took over my body.
