Lone Ranger x reader [Complete]

Sad or happy

I was riding with John right behind me. Tears run down my face and I stop [Y/H/N] and hop off. I walk over and lean on a tree, closing my eyes still crying. I hear John's foot steps and he sits down by me. "I can't believe I yelled at my brother and at the people I care about." I say opening my eyes looking towards John. He cups my cheeks and brings me into a kiss. It was short but sweet. We lean are heads together our eyes closed. "Let's just go back and we can make it up to them." He says and I nod.
~ time skip 1 year... sorry I'm not good at apologizing stuff :P ~
Me, John, and Tonto where riding in Kansas. We where looking for the Con gang, when she heard 3 gun shots. "That's the signal for help!" I say and we speed up the horses (I'm sorry I don't know how else to say that Lol) we make it there and there's a sign that says 'Bettys School for Indians' " hey isn't Betty the woman we saved last year?" I ask "yes" Tonto says, as we continue riding we see a head stone that says ' Betty born: March 10, 1815- July 15 1835. Killed by renegades' she was as old as me... I thought to my self then we hear someone groan. We get off of our horse, we see a man with a pillar on him. We rush over to him, Tonto was on one side of the Pilar, John was under it with his back with some resting some on his back, and I was on the side that was on the floor. Tonto had to pull down, I had to lift and so did John. "Ok 3... 1...2... 3" I say as we move the pillar. We all grunt and put the pillar down. I lean over the injured man, he looks about 50, but what is he doing here alone. I thought to myself and I help sit him up. "Sir what are you doing trying to lift that pillar by yourself?" John asks, the man opens his eyes and first thing he notices is Johns mask. "Don't worry about the mask sir, he's on the side of the law." I tell him to get him calm. "Well nobody cares about is Bettys school gets finished, but I do so I was trying to complete it." He said. Tonto walks over to Scouts Seattle bag and grabs some bandages and Monkeys blood ( again monkeys blood is a medicine)
~Time skip~
We finished Doctoring up the mans head, and we where about to help him up when we heard a gun shot. All of are heads turn towards the shot. "Don't worry about me go get the Con gang." The man says, we nod and run to our horses. Before I got to him/her (da horse) I turned to the man. "Are you sure you'll be ok?" I ask," yes young lady, thank you." He says and I nod and hop on [Y/H/N] and we begin to ride towards the gun shots. Once we got there we saw the Con gang surrounding a wagon. I pulled on my horses rains gently, and he/she stoped, Memories flooded into my head. I shook it off and road down the hill fallowing John & Tonto. I grabbed my gun and started shootings in the air, fallowed by John and Tonto. The men looked at us and speed off, we chased after them. "Kemosobie I go back and help people!" Tonto yells. "That's a good idea Tonto!" John yells back, Tonto falls back to help the people. [Y/H/N] races to catch up to Silver. "I guess it's just you and me." I yell as the wind picks up. John smiles "Just like when we where kids." He yells against the wind. I smile back and nod. He gave me a signal to go behind the trees and cut them off, to witch I nod. [y/h/n] jumped over fallen trees, I got scrapped up a little but I didn't even notice. I reload my gun looking down at it. To do this you must have trust in your horse. After I reloaded it, [y/h/n] threw me of his/her back I landed on my arm and yelped. I sat up and saw a snake. I cocked my gun and aimed. I had to be carful and quick. If I hit his/her leg he/she's a goner, but if I don't hurry it could bit him/her. I shot my pistol, and the snakes head shot off. I jumped on [Y/H/N] and road off as fast as I could. I saw the opening and road faster. I when I got there I bumped into Silver, me and John flew off of our horses. I landed on him, and looked at him. "We meet again" he chuckles, and I get off of him. "Damn it we lost them." I say obviously frustrated. John pulled me into a hug from behind. " let's just get back to Tonto, and make sure our horses are Okay." He chuckles. "Fuck you" I say holding up my middle finger. "Woah language, who do you kiss with that mouth." He says looking at me. I giggle and kiss him quickly. "You" I walk over to [Y/H/N] and Silver to make sure there okay. What we didn't know was the Con gang was watching us the whole time.
~Time skipeth~
Me and John make it to Tonto. We get off our horses and walk over to them. "Pa it's a masked man!" A young lady say holding onto his arm. My guess is she's 15 maybe 13. "Don't worry miss were not outlaws. " John says in a sweet tone. "Could you tell us what happened?" I ask trying to get a lead. "We where riding along the trail to get to Kin city (more like a town) when those young men stopped us." The man who I'm pretty sure is her Pa said. "Are you a preacher?" I ask. "Yes my child, me and my daughter where off to teach at the church." He said. I nod " would you like if we accompanied you?" Tonto asked. The man nods as we set off to Kin city.
~ Another time skip sorry :P ps it's nighttime~
Me, Tonto, and John, where walking around the town, the cold wind blows against our faces. We walked down town guns in our hands, all of us split up. "Excuse me" I heard a familiar voice say, I turn around to the the young girl. "Yes ma'am?" I look her in the eyes. "A-are you sure y'all ain't outlaws" she asks I smile and nod. "J-" I stoped my self and shook my head. "The Ranger, Tonto and I are for the law, not against it." She nods, smiles and runs off
~Time skip day :P ok so I will put 2 parts to the a sad one and a Happy one. If you go with the sad ending then you can stop reading. :)~
We where riding around a gold mine area with the paster. I heard something fall in this cabin we where passing. "Hey Ranger I'm gonna go check this cabin. "No [N/N] your not going in there, at least not alone." John says. " Ranger calm down, both of you have to stay out here to protect them. I'll be right out." I say. "Fine but be careful." He says obviously not fond of this idea. I hop off of [y/h/n], grab my gun out of my holster, and I walk towards the cabin. Once I got in I examined the place. "Hello?" I yell softly. I examined the place one last. I lowered my gun,And walked towards the door signaling that it's no luck. Once I reached the open door, I saw John let out a breath of relief,  I was about to step out of the door then I felt something hit my back. I yelled in pain as I fell. I felt something between my shoulder blades. Every thing was blurry tears peaked my eyes. I saw John lean over to me, "J-John" I whisper. "Shhhhh [N/N] it's ok" I heard Tonto come over to us. "N-no listen to me, out back. Hurry go out back catch the Con gang. "I-I can't leave you like this." He says a tear falls on my cheek. "Y you have to! Go do your job." He nods his eyes show pain and and fear. He gets up slowly. "I'll take care of her my son." The Paster says. John walks away backwards slowly, his eyes never left me. "Go!" I yell. With that he runs off, I lay my head down on the floor. I felt the objective pulled out of my back, I grind my teeth and hiss in pain. "My child we have to get to you back to doctor it." "Whatever you have to do please do it." I ask the girl rolled me over carefully and unbuttons my blouse. She takes it off fully and rolls me back over. I felt hands on my back along with a cloth.
Lone Rangers/ John's POV
Once we hoped on the horses we road off, thoughts of [Y/N] filled my head. "Kemosobie she is strong woman she pull threw." Tonto says. "I hope so Tonto, I hope so." I say. I see a few figures up ahead. "Come on Tonto I'm I see em!" We ride faster, I get out my lasso along with Tonto. We swing the lassos in the air and we both get two. We yank them off there horses and I throw my lasso to Tonto and ride past the 4 men to get to the last one. "Come on Silver!" I yell as he speeds up. I get right behind him and jump off Silver and tackle him off his horse. Silver comes back and stands behind me. I grab a rope and tie his hands. I just need to get back to [y/n].
~ [Y/N] POV~
Blood, screams, and tears fill the air. A pice of the knife broke off when she pulled it out.
Sad ending
I see John and Tonto ride back, John hops off of Silver so quick he might lose his balance. He runs over to me and kneaded down next to me. I was on my stomach with a stick in my mouth to make sure I don't break my teeth. Tears roll down my face, the pain was worse than the whip. John grabs my hand had I hold it gripping it as the dig for the lost tip of the knife.  I grip his hand so tight my knuckles are white. I open my eyes to see a light. I see my brother and sisters on the other side. I see Ma,Pa and David on the other side. I see the other Rangers who helped John who lost there lives. "S-stop" "what?" The paster asks, I roll myself over and John places my head in his lap. "It's no use... my time here is at an end." "No hunny don't say that." John says as tears roll down his face. "I-I love you." I say I was fighting to stay awake. "Marry me" I look at him, a smile comes across my face. I nod. "Marry us" John says his eyes never leave mine. My smile only grows. ~All the wedding vows~ " I do" I say laying in Johns lap and he smiles. I smile weakly knowing I won't live much longer. "You can kiss the bride." John picks me up and pulls me into a passionate kiss. He puts me back down. My eyes fighting to stay open. "Promise me that you will always still be the Lone Ranger." "I promise." "I'll see you on the other side, just not anytime soon." I giggle and kiss his hand and I drift off into a sleep I will never wake up from.
~ Lome Ranger/ John's POV~
I see [Y/N] leave from this world, her words still in my head. She lays there in my lap, lifeless, cold, but yet peaceful. "N-no... come on [Y/N] please wake up." I say softly my voice cracking, as tears stream from my face. I pull her up to my chest and sob harder. "I love you too." I mutter kissing her head.
Ok I was crying writing this now time for happy ending!
I feel blood run down my back as he try's to get the knife shard out. I have a stick in my mouth to prevent me from breaking my teeth. Sweat, and tears mix together. I want to give up I truly do but I don't want to hurt John, or Tonto or anyone for that matter. John rides up and jumps off of silver so fast I can only giggle. He grabs my hand and tells me to bare it out... at least that's what I think he said. The preacher pulls at the shard again and I grip Johns hand so hard my knuckles are white. "R-Ranger I don't think I'm going to make it." "Shut up [y/n] you will make it" I shake my head no knowing I probably won't pull threw. " I love you... I always have." He chuckles and kisses my white knuckles.  "Marry me." My eyes widen at those 2 words. "W-what?" "You heard me. I said marry me." He said as a tear slips down his face. He knows I probably won't make it. "Marry us." John says his eyes never left mine. ~wedding vows cuz idk them~
"I do." I say a tear slips down my cheek, still on my stomach, with the stick on the ground. "Kiss the bride" John moves down and kisses me. He pulls away and we both smile. My dizziness comes back and every thing is spinning. All I hear is SHES BLEEDING TOO MUCH. And I slip into pure darkness.
~The Lome Rangers/Johns POV~
I see [Y/N] slip into sleep. I hear the girl yell SHES BLEEDING TO MUCH. " Tonto Come support [Y/N]'s Head!" Tonto rushes over and holds her head gently. "Excuse me." I say as the preacher moves away. " Preacher could you ride to town and get the Marshall, so he can take these men to jail." I say completely Focused on [Y/N].
10 mins ( still Johns POV)
I was still trying to get the shard out, it was so deep in her back it was hard. Swear rolls down my forehead, when I hear horses coming. I still don't take my eyes off [Y/N] for a second. "What happened here?" And unknown voice called. I could see the shard at this point. I pulled one last time. "I GOT IT!" I yell as the shard is on the knife I had to use. " Dose someone have a cloth!" I yell, the girl hands me one and I place it on [Y/N]'s back.
[Y/N] POV
I slowly start waking up I'm in an unfamiliar place. I feel pain in my back, then I remembered what happened. Me and John are married... happiness fills me, but I don't know where he is. I feel someone grab my hand, I jolt up from instinct. Witch I regret, it all happened so fast. I yell in pain, and I feel someone place a hand on my lower back and on my stomach, laying me down gently. I open my eyes and see John. "W-what happened, where are we? Did you get the Con Gang?!" I ask trying to get up again. "Woah take it easy [Y/N]" John says, I get lost in his eyes. He leans down and kisses me. We pull away when something hit me. " wait We're married!" I yell kinda loudly. John chuckles. "We are, Mrs. Reed." I blush at what he said. " where is everyone one?" "Tonto accompanied the paster and his daughter back to the town, well the town 30 mins away." John says shrugging. "I'm so happy to be your wife" with that he pulls me into a kiss.
