"Okay, let's go." Vincent says.
Zak breaks away from the hug. We start to walk out of the cafe and into the car. Vincent starts the car with Zak in the back and me in the front.
"So." Vincent says bring our attention to him.
There was no communication— not a single word said, you could only hear the radio playing PUMPED UP KICKS and the occasional cars passing by.
I looked back to see Zak sleeping against the window. I looked at Vincent. I think he saw me cause he then said, "You wanna know something, I can tell you what happened and why you seemed to have lost your memory."
I grew curious and replied, "SPILL THE TEA SIS"— ok I didn't say that but I actually said, "Tell meeeeeeeeeeeeee"
"Welp it happened a few blocks ahead. Are you ready to see what happened?" (me being laz to say who said that; sorry)
"sure" Something in the back of my head tells me something is going to happen— I should've said no. (im learning foreshadowing in class ;)
Vincent takes a sharp right, causing me to jolt left.
"Jeez. Where are we going?!"
I turn my head back to see Zak fully alert.
"Nonononononononono turn back!" He says, "What the hello are you doing?!"
"I'm taking him to see the place!"
"Don't that's not a good idea!"
