Sometimes, as the day neared its end and all creatures either went to sleep or awoke to begin their day, others would stay awake.

Among them was Light, who hated to let the night be in total darkness. As a elemential of the Electric kind, she always found herself up late into the night emitting soft waves of light that countered Caos waves of dark energy. They would do this often, and most of the time the wouldn't even notice til they found themselves throwing larger amounts of energy that unbalanced everything around them.

"Hey Light, how about you shut off that annoying ripple of yours and let my waves go loose?" Caos said one chilly night as the others sat once again around a soft fire.

The group found themselves widening their eyes, and even Bloody who seemed indifferent most of the time, twitched with worry as she looked around at the clashing elements. As soon as Caos said this, the light orbs around them flickered and dropped down, landing with a sick thud, they returned to Light, who smiled. Recently the motherly girl had taken a turn, not of any bad kind, but a turn for the better in Bloody's eyes. She seemed less docile, and ready to fight off even an angered Fire elemential.

"Then how about we settle this petty feud upheld by thousands of generations of our people? I am tired of standing around and watching my kind get tossed around. This ends now. What do you wanna do to prove yourself as the better elements kid?" Light then said as her blue eyes seemed to ignite with power that surged through every pore of her skin.

"I say we fight it out, you rich kid. Everything in your life has been given to you. Before coming with Claw, i bet you had everything given to you. What Princess of Lux wouldn't have everything given to them on a golden platter? Weren't you the first in line tot he throne you rich kid?" Caos scoffed as he walked around Light, a trail of dark energy seeping to Lights energy.

As the dark energy traveled up the pure energy of Lights arm, a faint outline of a knight and energy sword could be seen on her shoulder. With a quick blow from Light, Caos ended up across the clearing of the camp.

"You know i have my reasons to save our people. Why are you so mean to someone who was your only friend til the day you found your true power?

Admit that the darkness has consumed not only your mind but your heart and the ability to remember who you use to be? Wake up damnit. I miss my friend...."Light said as a soft blue tinge came around her crackling energy fists.

With only seconds to take it all in, light appeared beside Caos and put her hands to his temples. As she did the blue light slamed into him and shocked his body till all that could be seen was his dark form. His hand grew dark plasma as he reached back and grabbed Light. Once he had a good grip on her, he threw her over his shoulder and hit the ground so hard with her that a crack appeared before them all.

Bloody dragged Melody away , all the while keeping a close eyes on Caos, he fought dirty, and never could be trusted to use clean techniques even if a sword was kept to his own neck for hours. His unfaltering malicous ways seemed to take a toll on Light. She endured it only for the good of her friends.

Everyone has a limit, and limits are meant to be broken.
