Chapter 2. I notice.

"Lenny, hunny! You're going to be late for school!". I was busy being me, listening to my music. Mum came upstairs with a angry look on her face.
I looked at the clock. "Oh.. sorry mum, I was too busy listening to music..".
Mum looks at me with a sad face.
"Mum, are you ok..?". Mum comes up to me and hugs me. "I miss Jackson.. its weird for him to not be here, especially for school". I wipe mum's tears away. "It's ok mum, I miss him too! He will be back though!".

[At school]
It was another busy, boring day at school. Milly and Jack are talking, I wonder if they will see me walk by.
I walked by them. "Hey Lenny! Want to see our school photos!?" I had no idea what photos they were talking about. "Uh, sure!". I walk over and see our year 7 photos. ADORBS!!! "OMG, where'd you get these!?". For real we were cute! "I got them from Mrs Lann.
She was kind enough to give us our photos! I think she is retiring..".
Why would the best teacher in our school retire? "I'll go check if she has left yet!". I hope she is still here....
