*you don’t have to have Sims 3 Pets, but it is recommended
1. Delete everything in the town that would have ‘modern’ things. Also delete homes and only have empty lots
2. Delete all the people in the town.
3. Make a bunch of families from scratch. Women have to wear dresses that could be seen as old fashiony and men have to wear old fashiony clothes.
4. You must build them a house. You can use mother lode if you wish to.
5. All of their items have to be old fashiony. No vehicles.
6. If you have Sims 3 pets every family should have a horse for transportation.
7. And then you can play, everything will be old fashioned other than taxis, but you can’t really control that.
