hey guys this chapter is gonna be on jasmine point of view from the story , i usually write it as a third person point of view , but i thought this way it would be a bit more fun , its just one chapter like this not all the time don't worry .
i felt the sun hit my eyes as i tried to open them slowly , i tried to move my body but i felt weight holding me down on my back , i turned around to see the man that had turned my life upside down , he changed my once dull boring life into something more , i cant believe i have only know him for a couple of months , it feels like i have know him for years , i leaned in to his face and kissed his forehead lightly , after that i looked at the time and it was 7 o'clock , i decided to get up slowly and not wake him up , yesterday he slept really late , he was working until 3 am and it breaks me when i see how tired he looks , the past weeks i have been trying to convince him to let me go back to work , but he wouldn't allow me , but today i am going no matter what he says , he cant control me , so i slipped of the bed and went onto the shower , i took worm bath and cleaned up well , it has been a couple of weeks since i went to work and i am actually excited , i left the bathroom and went towards the walk in closet, thank god i hadn't putted in any weight yet even my bump isn't that visible , so i was able to wear anything i want so i wore a boyfriend baggy jeans that are torn on the knees and a white shirt that looks like a jacket , and i wore a simple white heels, to complete my looks i dried my hair and left it wavy and putted on a bit of eyeliner and lip gloss

"oh and where is my beautiful wife going this early in the morning ?" i turned around and saw sam leaning on the door of the closet with both of his hand crossed in front of his bare chest , i smirked and walked towards him , i reached for his lips and kissed him gently
"i am going to work " i said with a smirk as i walked away towards the bed to fix it
"no your not " sam said as he turned around and looked at me " and leave the bed jass , we have help for this kind of things "
"you should shower baby , it's getting late " i said ignoring the looks he was giving me and what ever he said before " i will wait for you downstairs " i walked towards the door leaving him behind but all of a sudden a hand pulled me back
"we already talked about this jasmine , your not going back to work , your body isn't good enough for stress " sam said as he looked at me and having one hand behind my back
"no baby , you talked about this , i didn't , and there is nothing wrong with my body , the doctor already said that i am okay now "
"no the doctor said you have to be carful " sam said with a stern look on his face
"yes he said be carful , he didn't say anything about work , listen sam , i just can't stay in bed all day and do nothing , i really can't , if this continues i will be under different kind of stress , so please just for once let me do what i want , and i promise you to be carful , okay love " i said as i looked in his eyes and gave him my best puppy face , after a couple of seconds , i heard him let out a sight as he nuzzled his face on my neck
"no tiring yourself out "
"okay"
"you wont lift anything heavy "
"i wont"
"you will eat all your meals"
"i will "
"and if you feel any discomfort you tell me right away "
"of course "
"and if....."
"okay thats enough sam i promised to be carful okay , go and shower i am starving " i said as i pushed him away with a giggle , i saw him nod his head and walk towards the bathroom , and after an hour or so , we left the house together , reaching for the company all eyes was on us
"welcome back to the company MRS. Xander"
"thank you so much boss, it feels good to be back "
reaching the company both me and sam went to work right away , it took me a couple of hours to get used to the work , even though the work load wasn't a lot because sam brought another assistant , sam ended up checking on me every half an hour , until i snapped at him , so he stopped .
it was 2 pm and sam had a meeting with another big company that are asking for Sam's collaboration in a big project that sam has been dying to have , i walked towards his office with all the copies of the documents which are 30 copies and each copy is 5 pages , god i feel bad for the people who are going to read this , i walked to the door and knocked twice before going in
"sir , the meeting is in five minutes " i looked around and saw sam fixing his tie in front of the mirror nervously , i chuckled at how cute he was acting and walked towards him
"big boss are you nervous ?" i putted the papers on the table and walked towards him , he turned around surprised
"are you that nervous that you didn't notice your wife walking in the room " he let out a sight and walked towards me and hugged me as i hugged him back , i let out a low chuckle
"whats wrong ?"
"nothing i am just recharging " sam said as he smelled my hair and patted it
"recharging , what ? is that ? am i a battery charger now ?" i laughed at his as i pushed him away gently
"hmmm , you are , the only charger that can charge my life battery , without you i will die "
"your acting cute all of a sudden , why are you this nervous ?"
"it's just... this project is huge , i had wanted to work on it for almost two years now , so i just want to...."
"get it .... and you will , i don't think there is anyone as worthy as you , my husband is the best after all , so don't be nervous , you will do just fine " he smiled at me as he kissed my forehead
"thank god your here , i feel more relaxed with you "
"oh and who was it that said that i am not going to work this morning and almost locked me in the bedroom ??"
"well i still don't think its good for you to work " sam said but regretted it right away as i glared at him
"okay , okay , i just want to make sure that you and our baby are okay " sam said as he putted one hand on my stomach caressing my small bump
"okay boss, its time lets go get them " i said as i walked towards the table to get the files and sam behind me
"yeah lets go ... lady boss"
