It was another night where different artist gather and celebrate a night of music, dance and awards. Red Velvet was announced to confirm their appearance for the awards night. Dressed in black, the girls made their way to the red carpet and pose for the cameras.
"Happiness! we are Red Velvet!" the group greets and head to the mini stage where the MCs, Chanyeol and Dahyun awaits. after the short interview, the girls were ushered to the building, but before they could go in, they heard the fans getting wild
"Unnie, BTS is here?" Yerim ask Seulgi who was rather different today
"I don't know Yerim" she gave a small smile and look back and just in time that Jimin faced her direction and for a few seconds did their eyes met, until he broke it off and answered the MCs' question.
"Did something happened between unnie and Jimin oppa?" Yerim whispered to Wendy seeing how sad Seulgi was staring at the guy. Wendy only shrugged her shoulders. And ushered her groupmates to their dressing rooms.
"Hey, you seemed so off. Are there any problems?" Wendy ask as Seulgi let out a loud sigh
"I kind of asked space from him yesterday" she was teary eyed as she fumbled the end of her dress
"Are you okay Seulgi?" Irene was now on her mother mode hugging the girl who was now close to tears.
"I just love him so much that it really hurts being away with him. And I'm afraid he will find someone better when we are away, that he would be happier with someone else" she was now on tears which alerted thier make up artist.
"And where did you get that?" Joy said softly not wanting to put another pain of the girls wounds.
"Many fans hate how obvious we are at each other." she trailed
"You were looking through the fans comments again?" Yeri exclaimed and the girl just cowered
"How would they react if they would know that we are together, there are so many negative comments now with just our small eye contacts how much more if they would know we really were together" she rumbled
"Seul, that guy loved you more than you could imagine, and just think how he always remind you to love yourself first and don't give unnecessary attention to those who couldn't respect your decisions." Irene hushed now the sobbing girl
"And unnie, oppa was looking so sad and worried at you awhile ago"
"But I dont want him to bring burden of the fans view about us" she sighed and stood up to have her make up fixed, leaving the girls with worries and disapproval.
"That man never gave you reasons to be insecure Seul. He loves you more than he love himself." the girl chuckled and nodded.
"Who would like to have their hair fixed first?" Joohyun stood up and the others follow suit upon the signal of their make up artists for a retouches. Before Yeri could sit on the chair, she heard a knock and seeing how everyone was busy, she reluctantly opened the door and saw Jimin with huge bouquet of flowers and a paperbag with a well known chocolate label.
"Oppa?"
"Yerm, I need to see her" his voice was desperate and Yerim know they both need to talk. So she opened the doors wide and let the man in.
"Babe" Seulgi was shocked seeing Jimin in their own waiting room. She just finished her retouch when she opened her eyes and saw him first thing at the mirror as soon as she opened her eyes.
He smiled warmly and showed her the bag of chocolates. The girl just sighed but a small smile emits her lips. She stood up and faced him. She hurriedly run to his arms. Jimin put down the flowers and bag to hug her tightly.
"I miss you babe" he whispered and kissed her shoulders
"I'm sorry Chim. I'm sorry I've been insensitive to your feelings" she was again in tears.
"No babe, I should be the one to say sorry." he was now close to tears as he tighten his hold to her.
"But please don't leave me" he said and buried his face at the crook of her neck. "I love you so much it actually hurts not having you beside me. Please let me in again" Seulgi nodded and faced him placing a kiss at his ears.
"Hush it now. No one's ever leaving okay." he cupped her face "And promise me, before we act impulsively we should at least talk about it, hear each others opinions and figure it out, together. got it princess?" she let out another sob feeling warm because of his words and his understanding.
What did she do to deserve such man.
