Ishita touches raman photo and closes her eyes...says: it's difficult to live without you raman and it became more difficult when you are with me but not... She remembers...

Doctor comes...

Ishita: raman kaise hain??? Wo theek hain na???

Doctor : we are sorry... Raman is in coma... its very harmful... don't know will he able to survive or not...

Ishita fainted...

AFTER FOUR MONTH

Raman was still in coma... no improvement in his health... ishita was hopeful that raman will be fine soon... Her delivery date was coming near... All family member takes full care of ishita... ishita wants to go to meet raman but all denied as she is not well...

But ishita was admant... Toshi jee takes her to raman... And leaves her alone with raman...ishita kisses raman forehead... And holds his hand places it on her tummy...

Ishita: bohat hogaya raman... Mien aur nahe bardasht kar sakti... you have to get up... I want jab humare bachy iss duniya mien ayen to sab say pehly aap unhain uthain... Pyaar karain... Choomain... Wo sab say pehly apko dekhain... I am telling you raman if you does not get up I will never talk to you... Mein naraz ho jaongi...

Tears were non stopping flowing from her eyes...

Ishita: utho na raman... Ab uth jao... Bohat hogaya...

She started feeling pain in her tummy... Toshi jee goes in the temple of hospital... ishita screams in pain... She does not listen... She falls on floor... Clutching her stomach... Only screaming raman name... the pain getting unbearable... She was sweating badly...

Ishita: ahh... Raman... Ra...maan...

The shrieking voice makes raman wake up from the coma of four month... he slowly opens his eyes... He wanted to know what happened that he is in hospital... But his all attention goes to ishita who was on floor clutching her stomach and screaming in immense pain... he tries to get up... after so much effort... he gets up and holds ishita... Ishita smiles seeing raman out of coma and loses her consoius. By the time listening to screams doctor also comes. They take ishita to labor room... toshi jee sees raman and hugs him... kisses him...

She calls at home and tells them that raman is out of coma and ishita is taken for delivery all were worried for ishita... Raman was not getting anything... But he was worried for the lady he seen in much pain...

Doctors come and tells them that twins baby girl and baby boy is born... all gets happy... Nurse comes with holding the two lovely babies... raman sees them and wants to hold them but don't know the reason why he wanted to hold them...

Toshi jee: raman take them...

Raman takes both babies and kisses them... he was feeling too much happy seeing them... The tiny babies slowly opens their eyes...

Raman: maa dekho ye kitne choty hain na???

Toshi jee: haan puttar... Kitne pyaary hian

Raman started feeling pain in his head... Doctor ask him to take rest and they have to examine him as he is wake up from coma... Toshi jee takes the kids... doctor takes raman in ward and start examine him...

Ishita also gain conscious, toshi jee was sitting beside her... patting her head lovingly...
