Starting at a new school at the beginning of grade eight was a good step. My last school wouldn't have given me the best education. There were five thousand students attending that school now. Ridiculous.

In grade seven I was so innocent and unaware of the horrible things people would do. I never swore and I never made any inappropriate remarks. I do those things now. Moving to a new school, being subjected to it everyday probably contributed to the fact. It was quite ironic, because the new school I moved to is a Christian school. I thought they were all going to be prim, proper and posh and would be people who weren't rude and never swore. Oh how I was wrong.

Newton College was just like any other school. It was an all girl school and as you walked past people, you would hear them talking about the new boy they "hooked up with at the social". Socials are where all boy schools invite various all girl schools to a big dance with loud music that would thump on your chest. At some of the socials the guys would just grab your hips and start grinding on you. Other schools they would politely ask you if you wanted to dance, which I never agreed to. I'll have to admit though, they were pretty fun.

At Newton College, you would hear girls swearing everywhere you went even in class sometimes and the teacher would catch them out. I liked this new school. It was different and thankfully, no where near what I thought it was going to be like. I was in a class with some of the "most popular" girls in the school. Most of the people in my class were extremely annoying and some were just. Normal. Well as normal as you can get. Little did I know, someone in that class was going to be a significant part of my later life, soon to come.
