-3 eggs and separate egg yolks and white
-beat egg whites with a mixer until fluffy
-add 220g of flour to egg yokes idk how much milk just guess of milk and a teaspoon of baking powder
-mix until smooth
-add egg whites and fold them in carefully until smooth
-poor some in a hot pan
-flip it and cook the other side
