weeks had passed since Kodi woke up. she had to go through therapy and Billie stood with her through the whole thing. she was in the hospital for 3 months recovering and the doctors were baffled at the fact that they couldn't exactly pin point why and how her heart got so weak. But with the help of medicine and physical therapy she got stronger and was getting released this morning.

"do we have everything" I said running around the small hospital room gathering slippers and clothes out of closets and makeup from the small bathroom billie following behind with anything I dropped

"yes baby you need to relax they're not going to release you for a few more hours" she chuckled

"they always say that" I grumble zipping up the duffel bag 

"hey baby guess what" billie happily says 

my nerves shot from the worry if ill be alright when I leave seem to relax at how carefree she's being 

"what babe?" I say turning to face her with my hand on my hip and a smirk on my face 

"well you know how you missed both our birthdays because you were asleep and the holidays?"

"yes" I saw now grabbing the hair brush off the dresser and hairties to pull up my long and thick hair

"ive got the day booked lets celebrate and do something crazy, intense, wild."

I shoot her a look 

"wild? how wild are we talking" billie makes a face 

"oh I don't know I was thinking we could do matching not so matching hair"

I grab my hair because ive never done anything but barely cut the mop 

"what are you going to do to my hair?"

"I don't know......LETS DYE IT GREEN C'MON PLEASE ILL GET MY ROOTS AND YOU CAN GET STRIPS OR TIPS OR MAYBE LIKE THE WHOLE THING" billie was so excited I've kinda been worried about how clingy shes gotten since the incident but the doctors said it was just how it affected her and I look at it as a way she cares and to see her practically bouncing and planning the green hair for a while 

"okay why not live wildly" I sigh as she practically picks me up off the ground and kisses me passionately 

"I got you this outfit" she pulled a bag behind the door 

I pull out this yellow green skin tight dress with netted long sleeves with a darker green leather jacket and matching small heels my mouth drops at how it was just my style and I was practically begging to get out of sweat pants but I wanted to wait 

"im gonna do a big reveal at the salon" I smirk and peck her on the lips, her obviously dying to see me in the thing it wasn't much after that they gave me my discharge papers and we were on our way 

-time skip to the salon-

this was some high quality shit each hairdresser had their own smallish room to work in and that's where we were separated I knew billie was going for the neon green and I wanted to be slighted different so I showed the stylist my dress and she just smiled and nodded and got to work

I smiled and opened it to see a picture of her roots being painted which i already knew 

i sent a picture of the floor telling her she will see mine later 

-time skip- 

the hair dresser finished straightening the last piece of the neon blasting from my head i decided to cut my long locks off into a long bob and changed into the outfit i felt like a different person in a good way and i was making my way out of the salon to see my baby on her phone in the outside waiting area she looked up and her jaw hit the floor 

"kodi? is that you?"

i nodded and smiled and she bit her lip 

"i already paid lets go"

we walked to the car and i felt good about match her style in my own way i didnt feel like a copycat  as soon as the door shut on the car she was passionately kissing me to a point i couldnt keep up 

"you look so goddamn hot like that I hope you like it"

"thank you I love it" I blush 

she grabs my hand and puts the car in drive 

"one last stop".
