when the party's over

*trigger warning heart problems*

I fixed my hair in the mirror before seeing Billie rest all her weight on the door jam.

"you're beautiful without the makeup babe" 

I chuckled before applying mascara 

"just because you dont wear it doesnt mean you have to bash it."

she came up and wrapped her arms around my waist resting her head in the crease of my neck she lightly kissed it before laying her head back into my neck 

i felt a sharp pain go across my chest i coughed and continued to apply the finishing touches Billie and i are going to a party tonight 

"are you okay"

"yeah i just think its heartburn"

"you want some medicine? i think i have some in the cabinet"

i nodded and billie rushed out of the room

she came back and i took the pills with the water she gave me i smiled i gave her a peck on the lips before going into the bedroom to put on my shoes. 

"ready to go?" i asked 

billie had her hair in two buns which i loved on her with a bright green matching outfit

she nodded and smiled before holding out her arm for me to link mine with hers we made our way to the car and she was driving it was some party at someone i couldn't remember. im not the biggest fan of parties. i just go with billie 1 so she has someone to go home with that's sober and 2 in case anyone tries something when we got in the car i felt that pain in my chest again only it was a bit stronger. i ignored it figuring it was just heartburn and my medicine hasn't kicked in we made our way to the party hand in hand and then we arrived i recognized the guy as some youtuber billie watched i gave him a hug and walked into the booming house. i didnt feel right but i think i was just getting sick billie was introducing me to people i was shaking hands left and right and even swapping numbers.

"bills I need some water" i cleared my throat 

"okay come with me"

she pulled me through the crowd and got me a glass of water 

"are you okay? you look pale. should we go?" 

"Im fine, lets go have fun!" i smiled 

she looked concerned and just nodded 

she began to pull me through the crowd the sides of my eyes went black and the pain was the most intense ive ever felt i gasped for air and screamed 

"Billie!" 

she turned around and ran to me i grabbed my chest and knelled down 

"Kodi, can you hear me?"

i breathed faster i felt like i couldn't breath

"someone call 911!" she yelled and turned around before putting her hand on my face 

"breath Kodi"

i took a deep breath i couldnt talk i felt like my chest was melting Billie grabbed a phone 

"hi im billie im her close friend her names Kodi Taylor shes 17 were at 345 west locust , Kodi stay awake please "

the room got darker i tried like hell to keep my eyes open but they were just closing 

my eyes flickered Billie was right in front of me she looked me in the eyes 

"kodi!" 

i felt her hand run down my face 

everything turned dark.
