Phoe is 10; evie and abel are on and off again

Phoenix's POV:
"It will be all right little light," my aunt Lilith says as she reads me the book my grandmother Emma wrote for me before she passed. "Good night princess," she says as she kisses me on the forehead. "Wait, auntie Lilith can you sing the song?" Aunt Lilith sits back down in my bed and darts to sing "do you love the rain," she starts, "does it make you dance, when you dance with your friends at a gathering." I start to sing along "what's your favorite song does it's make you smile?" Then my solo comes "do you think of me?" Then She starts to sing the chorus "is spend ten thousand hours and ten thousand more oh if that's what it takes,"
P:"To learn that sweet heart of yours"
L"I may never get there, but I'm gonna try"
Both: "if it's ten thousand hours of the rest of my life"
When we stopped she made sure to turn on my night light and turn off my fairy lights. "love you phoe, good night."
"Good night, can I wear my avocado bear costume when I wake up?" I ask looking at my green suit. "Yes, but stay in your pajamas for now." She slowly closed the door so I rolled over and closed my eyes. I love auntie Lilith, but I wish I had a mum. But I guess auntie Lilith works for me. I don't know where my mum is, aunt Lilith says she is just on a trip and will come back soon, but I'm 8 and she still hasn't come.
Lilith POV (it's Lilith's series, of course I'm putting her in):
I slowly close Phoenix's door, and creep into my room. I'm greeted by Jaime sitting on the bed with Sammy B in his lap. "Hi mumma!" Sammy says as he gets up and runs twards me on the bed. I grab him and pick him off before he falls off the edge. "Woah there buddie," I say as I walk over and sit on top of the covers with Jaime and I put Sammy B on my lap. I nestle into Jaime's chest as Sammy sprawls out, lays his head on Jaime's lap and his feet on mine. I can't remember a time without them, before Jaime I was sad and broken but now I'm always laughing. When I found out I was going to have Sammy I freaked, I didn't want to have a kid, but I'm glad I did. I look down and see my little 3 year old sleeping peacefully, yep definitely glad I had him.
Phoenix's POV:
As soon as I woke up this morning I put on my avocado bear costumers soon as I woke up and walked downstairs to have breakfast. I walk down and as soon as my family saw me they had many different reactions. Aunt Lilith saw it and her eyes got big but then she acted as if nothing was different. But uncle Jaime didn't do as well covering up, he choked on his cereal and milk came out his nose. I started laughing at him. Aunt Lilith walked over to him with a rag which I thought was to clean up the mess, but she slapped uncle Jaime in the face with it. I just laughed as my dad ran up behind me and wrapped me in a hug. "Hi daddy," I say as I grip him tight, "What is your surprise?" He looked at me and smiled, "your about to see." When we arrived we were at a very fancy restaurant, I wander what the occasion is? All of a sudden a women with short blonde hair and a lot of tattoos all over her body came up to me and hugged me. "STRANGER DANGER, STRANGER DANGER," I scream as I kick the woman in the shin, my dad gets mad and pulls me aside. "Phoenix she isn't a stranger," he says looking me in my eyes "that's your mum bean." I look over at her, that's my mum? I run over and give her a big hug "your my mum?" She buys a a painful fake smile, "of course I'm your mum Phoe." When we got a table she didn't talk to me anymore, she only talked to dad. I don't think she wanted me to be there, and she didn't like my outfit choice. "Phoenix would you like to take off your costume," my mum said as if she were embarrassed, "no thank you," I say which makes her face sour. But when she saw my dad she tried to make it look like she wanted to be around me. They talked for a while, dad tried to include me, but mum wasn't having it. Once our food came my mum started to flirt, it made me sick, dad has a girlfriend. My dad even blew a kiss back! That's it I've had enough, auntie Lilith was right this snake is only in it for him, she doesn't care about me. She decided to talk to me finally, we talked about school, and the avocado bear, then I got a text from Evie. "Who is that your texting there phoe." I look up at her and under my mask let out a small smirk, "Evie, have you ever met her, she a dad are really good friends." A panicking look spreads into my dad's face, "I haven't got the pleasure of meeting Evie."
Mum says to me as she turns to him angrily, "Abel who is Evie." This is going to be good. "Oh just a friend," my dad says turning red. I decided to stir the mixing pot some more, "friends don't have woohoo's." My dad looks at me and his eyes got wide. Everything ended up diffusing and we decided to finally go home.
