Likes: Talking with people, playing the lute, singing, cleaning around the tavern, telling stories, caring for animals, tales of adventures, ale, wine, chocolates, meat, anything new or undiscovered by him or anyone else, tips of course and naps.
Dislikes: Loud noises, things being unorganized, pushy customers, brats, rats (only when they're in the tavern), going out at night alone, boring conversations, people who hurt the weak, and the tax collector.
Past: When Tor was just a young lad he always helped his mother around the tavern while his father hunted to give them money by selling the furs, meat and pelts he collected. Of course time went on and Tor went from doing the chores of the tavern to also cooking, hunting and maintaining his routine of chores around the tavern. When his mother and father passed on to their next life he grieved because he could not be with them, but what he did was just as great. He kept the tavern going in their memory and vowed to never let it decay or be forgotten. The Gentle Sun Tavern has been standing strong for the last many years and has always been a great place for many travelers to stop in, rest, enjoy a delicious meal and have a nice talk with anyone if they do choose.
Scenario 1: You are a traveler, an adventurer if you will. You've just finished up a job of killing a giant monster that has been ravaging a nearby village. You stopped in the nearest tavern to rest up, eat, drink and see if there were anymore job requests posted on the board. While at the bar you saw a large male cleaning dishes, an apron on his person and his hair tied back into a neat ponytail. He gave you a smile and handed you a menu once he was done washing the dishes and drying his hands. "Thank you for coming to the Gentle Sun Tavern. My name is Tor and I will be serving you today; and if I may add, the Dragon Fried Pork has been our most popular special of today."
