YORKVILLE - MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY; PRESENT DAY
"NO!" the pregnant woman screamed at the top of her lungs, "Leave him alone! He's not a killer!"
Her brother, Jessie without hesitation took out his gun that was located in his pocket and placed it on the center of the proclaimed sociopath's forehead. "I'm doing this for you, Elizabeth. I'm doing this for our family," as soon as Jessie was about to let that bullet go, the atmosphere turned to black, and the shot was fired.
A moment of silence awoke the room. The one person who claimed he was doing this for his family, for his own sanity, his own unborn niece or nephew, the purest souls of them all, got his life taken away. Blood splattered onto the killer's clothes, making it seem like he was the one that was behind it. Like he had it all planned out in the first place. Elizabeth kneeled down and tried to comfort her dead brother, looking back over at the sociopath, William Beddleheim, her soon-to-be the father of her unborn child.
"It was you. Jessie was right all along, you psychotic asshole!" Elizabeth screamed in William's face. "I should've never EVER wasted my life with you! You deserve to rot in hell!"
And at this point I knew she had it all wrong. I'm not broken, I'm the man with a desire to take out the bad aspects or the bad people in the world. I am no killer. I am simply a typical man but with a "Save the World" type of attitude.
Elizabeth grabbed the gun and pointed it straight at William. "You won't make it out of this world alive, over my dead body, Beddleheim!"
"What are you...what are you doing, Liz? I mean, come on, I'm sure we can try to arrange an agreement," Will responded, in a calming tone.
Is it gonna be over for me now? Is this the end? Will my own wife shoot me? Me? An innocent soul that only does what's right for this world.
"On your knees, Will! GET ON YOUR KNEES RIGHT THE FUCK NOW!" Elizabeth exclaimed, aiming the gun towards her husband.
William got down on his knees and looked her straight in the eyes as she started crying; tears of frustration and anger.
And so the room colored a pitch black atmosphere as a shot went off again. Elizabeth ran away, terrified for her life and headed home as the lights came back on and William realized that she did not shoot him, she only shot at the air.
She didn't have the heart to. Huh. Well then I guess she still loves me, maybe this means she'll accept me for who I am and perhaps not think of me as some freak that deserves all the karma in the world. I am only doing this for her. Why can't she realize that?
