Bloodhound x Reader - Flower Crown

(picture is what I think bloodhound would look like! found it on google while looking for fan art off them with their mask of and this is my personal favorite!)

You took in a deep breath as you laced your hand through the soft uncut grass you were sitting on. A small smile tugged at your lips as you lightly fingered at the flower crown in your hand, different colors of blues, yellows and reds with their vines woven into twigs and vines. You looked up at the sky, admiring the different hues of purple blue and pink it had to offer as the sunset drew its last rays, kissing the nature goodnight and allowing the moons light to grace the land with its features in turn. 

"What are you doing all the way out here, elskan?" you heard the warm voice of your lover question from behind you. you smiled, turning to look over your shoulder and tilting your head curiously "I would ask you the same thing if I didn't know about your hunts," You giggled, patting the ground next to you, "come, sit with me my love, I made you something!" They seemed to think it over for a second before caving and walking over, slipping into the spot next to you, pulling their mask off and swiping a few strands of hair from their face. You smiled brightly before leaning towards them and placing the flower crown gently on their head.

It took them a minute to realize what had just happened, but when it finally clicked their face showed nothing but happiness, their heart melting at the sweet gesture. You let out a small gasp as they let out a booming laugh, wrapping their arms around you, picking you up and spinning you in a circle. You laughed as they set you back down, hugging you tightly and pressing their forehead against yours. The moment was sweet and slow as honey, something you didn't get much of with them always being at the games.

"Elskan... you make every day of my life even happier then it already was, I plan to marry you one day, and I can only pray to the Allfather that when that time comes you will say yes," they chuckle, rubbing your arm softly as you nod, pressing a small kiss to their lips. "of course I will say yes hound, you make every day of my life worth living, don't forget it... now- we should get back home, its getting dark," you pointed out. They waited a second, holding your hands, but eventually scooped you up into their arms bridal style. "You're right, Arthur is probably waiting to get fed anyway," They whispered, eliciting a giggle from you as you press your face into them, inhaling their scent. life was perfect, and you wouldn't ask for it any other way, and when they finally do ask you to marry them, you know you will gladly say yes.
