monday.
the day i dread, every week.
i blinked slowly as my body started to wake up, i shut off my alarm and started to get ready.
i sluggishly walked over to my closet and grabbed out some clothes.
i wore the jeans Billie gave me, a grey hoodie with a flannel over it, matched with a black beanie.
i grabbed my backpack and stuffed all the essentials in it. i picked up my phone and saw a message from Billie, i opened it.

yo, you need a lift to school today? cause if so i'll be there in 5 😁x

and with that, i went downstairs to finish getting all my things ready.
"goodmorning all," i said to my family.
"morning babes," Brock said in a girly voice
"fuck off," i said and we laughed.
"make me coffee," Brock said and i shook my head
"bab- i mean Billie is gonna be here in a second," i said and felt my face go red.
"bAbY iS gOnNa Be HeRe," Brock teased.
i shot him a 'im gonna kill you' look.
"i'm sorry i'm sorry, i'll make my coffee now." he said and with that, the doorbell sounded.
"i've got it," i said and smiled.
i walked over to the door and i opened it, Billie looking like a ray of sunshine... on a monday morning.... at 7:30am..... can't relate.
"good morninggggg," she said and laughed
"morning butt head," i said and her jaw dropped
"wow what a way to welcome me," she said and laughed.
"come in," i said to her and she came inside.
"hey mr and mrs Atwood," she said and my heart said '🥺'.
"good morning," they said in unison
"morning Eilish," Brock said coming out from the kitchen with an iced coffee in hand.
"because i'm such an amazing person, i made both of you iced coffee's," he said
"i'm vega-" Billie started
"vegan? yes i know, that's why i used almond milk for yours." he said and Billie smiled.
"thank you bro," Billie said and ruffled his hair.
"no problem," he said fixing it back up.
we walked into the kitchen and grabbed our drinks.
"how was your sleep?" Billie asked
"it was pretty good," i said and smiled
"how was yours?" i asked
"yeah it was okay, would've been better if you were there but..." she said saying the last bit to herself.
i smiled at her and took a sip of my drink.
"we better get going soon," i said and Billie swallowed then nodded.
"oh shoot, i'll be back," i said as i felt around my pockets and realised i forgot my books.
i went upstairs and grabbed the books from my desk.
i quickly turned around and went downstairs.
"Billies in the car, she took your bag too,"
Brock told me and i nodded
"okay, bye everyone," i said loud enough for my parents to hear.
i lightly jogged to the car and opened the passenger side.
"aight let's go," i said and Billie laughed.
"play some music baby," Billie said and i did, i played Marvins room by Drake.
we sung along and the car ride ended way to soon.
"ughhh i hate it here," i sighed
"so do i, but c'mon, i'm here," she said and i laughed.
"true true." i said and we got out of the car.

first period. math. the worst class to ever exist.
i sat and stared at my paper, not knowing what to write, all i could think about was the fact Billie and i almost kissed.
i put my head in my arm as the boredom hit me.
i don't have any classes with Billie til after first break.
"okay what's wrong?" Stella asked and i sighed
"nothing, im fine, totally cool." i said and started attempting to do some work.
"that's a lieeeee," Hailey joined in and said.
"is it biwwieeee?" Stella said in a baby voice.
"no..." i said my voice breaking slightly.
"oh shut the fuck up yes it," Hailey said
"what happened?" Stella asked
"it's a long story," i said
"and we have a long class." Hailey said.
"i don't know what to say, we almost kissed, i really like her, i don't think she likes me back, we've been hanging out a lot, she gave me these fucking jeans oh my god." i said rushing
"okay okay calm down," Hailey said
"i just, that's nothing, that's the short version, i love every second we spend together," i said and sighed
"why don't you talk to her about it?" Stella asked
"i don't know i just-" i started and was cut off by the teacher
"ladies. second warning."
"sorry," we said and went back to our work.
-time skip, lunch-
we were all sitting at a table eating out food, i was happily drinking my chocolate milk when i felt to arms go around my neck, and a familiar scent.
Billie.
"hey billie babe," i said laughing
"how'd you know it was me?" she said and sat down with one leg on either side of the table.
"you smell good," i said and pouted
"hEy FaNks," she said in a funny voice
"so you wanna come with me after school? i kinda wanna take out somewhere, and no it isn't taco bell this time." she said and i smiled
"yeah i'll come," i said and she sat properly at the table, her head on my shoulder, i could feel her breath on my neck.
damn.
-time skip again, yeet-
"get in hoe," Billie said out her window
"i'm coming, quiet down," i said and jogged to the other side of the car.
i got in and Billie smiled.
"let's get this bread," she said and we started driving
"why the fuck are you talking like that?" i said and laughed
"like what baby?" she said going back to her 'normal' voice.
"baby? woah okay," i said and smiled.
we drove for a while, i had my hand on Billies thigh like usual and i love you started playing.
"i love this song," Billie said and pouted
"so do iiiiiiii," i said
she started singing and i was in complete awe, like shit, she's gonna go so far with her music.
we drove for another thirty or so minutes and then arrived at a park, near a river, looking over the city.
"this is cute," i said and jumped out of the car, we walked over to the swings and got on them.
"how did you find this place?" i asked
"old friends," she said and smiled
"old?" i questioned
she looked.... sad
"don't go into it if you don't want to," i said and she nodded
"thanks," she said and half smiled at me
"c'mon lets go for a walk," i said and we got off the swings.
we walked along a path that was next to the river, Billie was singing and everything felt perfect.
we got to the end of the path and we sat on the grass next to each other and watched the sun start to set.
i pulled out my phone to check the time, 5:00.
we talked and laughed for about an hour and then sun was starting to go down fast.
"and then Finn and i were in my room and bang, we made ocean eyes." she said and my eyes were wide
"woah," is all i could say.
i caught Billies eyes with my own, she looked kinda, intimidated...
i mean she's 100% a bottom/switch and im a top so, makes sense.
i looked down once at her lips then back to her eyes.
Billie smiled and put her head down, i lifted it back up with my hand.
"you're so beautiful Billie." i said and then i kissed her, not gonna lie, i was so scared, but i had to do it.
i was expecting her to pull away but she melted into it, it quickly became a make out and then we pulled away before it got to heated. we rested our foreheads on each others.
"i've been wanting to do that for so long," i said and she was red.
"so have i," she said and i hugged her, we watched the sun set.
