I stood there in confusion. The shuffling had stopped. I mean like completely. I looked from the door handle that my hand was still gingerly resting on, up to a even more confused Corals. "Should I open it?" I whispered. Corals just shrugged her shoulders. I decided if we were staying here we need to make sure its safe. I reached down to my side and grabbed the bowie knife strapped there. I slowly eased the door open. One small step at a time i moved further and further into the room. Oddly enough there wasn't a sign of walkers or much less anything for that matter. I looked back at Corals who just shrugged her shoulders like usual. Right as i stood up ready to leave the room there was small shuffling coming from the closet. I made my way towards it. I got right up to it flung it open with knife up and ready to kill a walker, but there sat in the middle of the closet sat a little boy maybe 10 years old with a little girl in his lap, no more than 6years old. I crouched down to there level and just looked at them. They did not have fear in their eyes, actually they didn't have any emotion in their eyes. Then out of nowhere the little boy spoke up. "Our brother will be back soon." He said. I stood up at the sound of the door opening and closing and footsteps. My eyes grew wide and I looked at Corals at the time the bedroom door opened. There stood a boy with long shaggy chestnut colored hair and breath taking blue eyes. "Who the hell are you?" He asked as his eyes scanned over me and Corals.
