You know what subject I hate? Math, Something in my brain just doesn't like to click when it comes to my statistics class. So here I am in the library waiting for my now late best friend. Clearly I picked the wrong study partner.
"Hey...,um sorry to bother you but do you by chance have an extra pen."
I looked up to see a guy with jet black hair standing in front of me. He was cute, not that I cared enough to pay too much attention. He had a black leather jacket on with a white shirt underneath. Dark blue ripped up jeans with scuffed up vans. He had a sharp jawline with a low cut beard.
When my eyes met his hazel eyes, they looked as if he was trying to look into my soul. I raised a brow to him. I don't like talking to strangers. In fact, I honestly don't like talking to anyone. I just got blessed with Lexi as a roommate that somehow is able to handle my, what she calls "bluntness." But that's just her trying to be nice. So in other words or better known as my language, I'm an asshole.
"I'm sorry to bother you, and can I just say you have pretty eyes." He said with a smirk.
I rolled my eyes and pulled an extra pen from my bag to give to him as he reached out I couldn't help but notice his hand that was covered in a beautiful rose tattoo. Before turning back to my statistics notes.
"Thank you. I promise I'll give it back."
Now he was annoying me. "Look it's just a pen consider it a gift, now excuse me I have work to do."
"Leo"
I looked at him with furrowed brows.
"My name, it's Leo"
"Leo Stone"
I tilted my head at him before telling him I didn't ask.
"I know you didn't but if I'm going to get a gift from a stranger I could at least tell her my name." He said smirking again.
"Amy!" Great now he knows my name. I turned my head to see Lexi walking up to my table with her laptop bag and two iced lattes in her hand.
"See you around Amy" he said before walking away. I watched as he walked out the library, before shifting to look at Lexi putting her things down and handing me my daily ice latte.
"So who was the guy." She asked wiggling her brows at me. I shrugged my shoulders and told her he was just a random stranger that asked for a pen, because contrary to what Leo said. I didn't really care to see him around.

"Studying all day on a Saturday, Damn we sure know how to live." I chuckled walking out the library with Lexi as her phone started to ring. She glanced at her phone before saying"Roza" then answering.
Roza was one of our new house mates. She lived across from our apartment and I guess you could say she's the wild child of the group.
"Sure we'll be there. I'll let you know when we're on our way.... Okay.... Bye." Lexi said hanging up her phone.
I glared at her while opening the door to our apartment. "I'm sorry who exactly is we? I'm not going out. I would rather order out and watch movies nice and comfortable in my pajamas."
"Oh come on Amy! We haven't gone out in a while. And after all the studying we did today why not treat ourselves to a drink after a stressful day.""Nope" I deadpanned her
"Amy!"
"Nope" I said this time popping the p as I grabbed the take out menus we had in a drawer.
Lexi snatched the menus from my hand and ran out the kitchen into her bed room. "Oh come on I'm hungry! Give me back the menus" I said chasing after her.
