Chapter 35

Tsukishima's head was pounding. But that was the only thing hurting. His whole body ached. "The hell..?" Tsukishima mumbled. He lifted his head to see Akuma in front of him. "Wow you pain tolerance is pretty high. It took you that long to wake up?" Akuma said. "Pain tolerance..?" Tsukishima mumbled. "I mean look how much damage I did." Akuma said pointing at Tsukishima's chest. Tsukishima looked down to see his shirt soaked in blood. He looked to see he was tied to a chair. "I'm honestly surprised your not in serious pain." Akuma chuckled. "Where are the others?" Tsukishima asked. "Oh them, two of them are being froze to death as we speak. The girl is probably with the police." Akuma said. "Oh but I'm done here. Since I already sent that video an hour ago the police are probably close to finding where I am." Akuma sighed. "So I'm going to move you to another location. Isn't this going to be fun." Akuma laughed. "You're insane. The police will find you no matter what." Tsukishima stated. "I'm not insane. I'm just a psychopath." Akuma said walking away. Tsukishima looked around at his surroundings. He was in a room with a few boxes. He noticed that his glasses were cracked. He then looked at the injuries he sustained. Most of his shirt was ripped. He had cuts and bruises all over his arms and chest. He looked like Hinata. "So this what Hinata felt while he was under their control." Tsukishima said to himself. For once he was worried about his other team mates. "Freezing to death..? He's not serious right?" Tsukishima asked himself. 

  Akuma then strolled back into the room. "The hell you want?" Tsukishima scoffed. "Unlike Hinata, you're smart. You think before leaping. So it could be easier for you to escape." Akuma said bending down to Tsukishima's face. "It's honestly a shame. Wasting such potential. Your probably one of the smartest on your team. Yet why do you hang out with such dumb asses?" Akuma asked. "I just like the sport..." Tsukishima answered. "I thought you said it was just a club. Or is that just a lie from Hinata?" Akuma chuckled. "I-" Tsukishima tried to come up with an excuse but couldn't. "Trust me, if it wasn't for them you wouldn't be in this situation." Akuma pouted. "Look I know what your trying to do." Tsukishima replied. "Aw man, saw right through my plan." Akuma said getting up. "Your manipulating won't work on me." Tsukishima said glaring at Akuma. "But it would work on Yamaguchi." Akuma chuckled. "What does that mean?" Tsukishima demanded. "I manipulated many people. You already know that. I only couldn't do it to you because your smart. But some of your friends aren't for example Nishinoya and Kageyama. They're basically going insane." Akuma psychotically laughed. "As long as no one's in my way I'm able to what ever I want. Now..." Akuma continued. Akuma then started  pulling a cloth out his pocket. Akuma then took Tsukishima's broken glasses off. He wrapped the cloth around Tsukishima's eyes. Then Tsukishima started to feel fuzzy. He noticed something was on his mouth. "Lets have some fun okay?" Akuma laughed as Tsukishima lost contentiousness.

   Yamaguchi and Hinata with the help of the police figured out where Akuma was. It was an old meat store that was closed a few days before. "The police will be right at the entrance so If Akuma books it we'll catch him okay?" Hiroto said. They both nodded as they headed in the abandoned store. "It's like its haunted." Hinata stated. "You sure you can do this? You just got released." Yamaguchi asked. "I know Akuma's twisted mind more then anyone here. Plus I need to do this." Hinata said moving on forward Yamaguchi following behind him. They looked around but no sign of Akuma or their friends. Suddenly they stumbled across the walk in freezer. "This should be where Kageyama and Noya are." Yamaguchi suggested. Hinata nodded and grabbed on to the big handle. He spun it and it opened. Hinata and Yamaguchi peaked in and saw both Noya and Kageyama. Both looked like they were near death. "Kageyama! Noya!" Hinata shouted running towards them. "W-What the h-hell took so l-long." Kageyama said getting his hands untied by Hinata while Yamaguchi was helping Noya. 

  They both got Noya and Kageyama down and out of the freezer. "GO out the back and the cops can help you. Okay?" Yamaguchi said. Both Kageyama and Noya shakily nodded their heads and walked towards the exit. Hinata and Yamaguchi both searched the place top to bottom but nothing. They found where he was keeping Tsukishima but it was empty. They both walked out of the store to the police. "Nothing?" Hiroto asked. They both shook their heads and walked over to the ambulance that was helping Noya and Kageyama. Both of them were huddled in blankets. Both with a bandage on their heads. "You guys doing okay?" Hinata asked. "What do you think dumb ass." Kageyama spat. "I thought we were dead back there. I couldn't even feel my arms." Noya said. "Hinata, Yamaguchi there are people who want to see you. They both nodded and went to where the police were. They were met with the volleyball team accompanied with Daichi and Suga trying to calm them down. When they saw Hinata and Yamaguchi they went to see them. "We were worried sick Yamaguchi!" Tanaka said. "What about the others?" Kiyoko asked. "Is Noya and Kageyama okay?" Asahi asked. "Jeez one question at a time!" Suga shouted scaring the team.

  "Well, Yachi, Noya, Kageyama, and me are currently safe now. But we don't know where Tsukishima is." Yamaguchi said looking at the ground. "Can we see them?" Ennoshita asked. "Yeah they seemed to have warmed up." Yamaguchi answered. "Warmed up?" Kinoshita asked. "They were kept in a freezer." Hinata answered. The team led the team where Kageyama and Noya were. They were a few millimeters when Noya finally noticed there presence. "Asahi!" Noya sprung up and ran full speed into Asahi. Asahi happily embraced Noya into a hug. "We were worried sick! You didn't show up to practice. Then Tanaka told us you went down the wrong street. Then a random girl picked up your phone and- and-" Asahi blurted having tears streaming down his face. "It's okay. I'm fine you see." Noya smiled. "Lets let them have this moment." Daichi whispered to the team. The team nodded and walked over to Kageyama. "How you doing?" Daichi asked. "Better now. Honestly this was the worst part of this whole week." Kageyama said. "Wait, does this mean I have to testify when Akuma and Mazuko go on trial?" Kageyama asked. "Yup, along with me, Yachi, Yamaguchi, Hinata, Daichi, Noya, and....Tsukishima." Suga answered.

Noya and Asahi were still in a hug. "Asahi jeez your clingy." Noya laughed. "Ah- Sorry." Asahi said letting go of Noya. "Well I was suppose it's time I say this. Especially after I almost didn't get to." Noya said. Asahi gave Noya a confused look but let Noya continue. "After all this time I've been chasing after Kiyoko. Even though I knew I would never be with her. Still I continued to chase her so blinded by love that I never noticed the person I actually like is right in front of me." Noya chuckled. Asahi gave Noya another confused look. "So what does that mean?" Asahi asked. "It means I like you." Noya said pointing at Asahi making him blush. "H-huh?" Asahi mumbled. "You know what I said." Noya said looking up at Asahi. "But we'll finish this conversation later when were not in public." Noya chuckled walking over to the team leaving a confused Asahi.

Happy Valentines day! I wanted to make this ship sail but It would be akward for them to kiss in public especially in front of the team. So this ship will be continued into the next chapter. Even though it won't be valentines day. But there is another ship coming up so wait for that. But guys. We got 300 views. In. less. than. 24. hours. HOW!? You guys are honestly amazing!
