Chapter 23

Thank you guys for 2k reads!! It really mean a lot to me. You guys are amazing! So I'm going to be starting this off with what happened with Daichi in the incident. Anyways let get onto the story.

(Flashback)

Daichi waved to Suga and opened his door. "Welcome home sweetie! How was practice?" Daichi's mom yelled from the kitchen. "It was fine." Daichi said putting down his bag. He was about to take off his shoes when he felt something off. "Daichi? You okay?" Daichi's mother said walking out of the kitchen and into the hallway. "Yeah I'm fine I just decided now to make sure my friend makes it home safely." Daichi replied. "Oh okay stay safe!" Daichi's mom said as he walked back outside. Suga was a pretty fast walker so he was probably already half way to his home. Daichi was a little bit half way to the street corner when he heard a blood curtailing scream. "DAICHI!" Daichi immediately started running and as he turned the corner he saw one of his worst nightmares. Two men were walking off with Suga slung across one of their shoulders. Adrenaline running through his body Daichi bolted towards the towards the guys and tackled the one caring Suga. The guy fell down dropping Suga. The other man brought out a cloth and tried to put it up to Daichi's mouth but was met to the kick from the stomach from Daichi. "Use that damn drug you used on the silver hair one!" The man with black hair who was originally Suga said getting up. "I can't I used it all already!" The brown haired one said. The one with black hair reached to grab Suga again but Daichi stepped on his hand. "Like hell I'll let you guys take him!" Daichi said. Daichi then realized the descriptions of the men Suga told him a few weeks ago. "Yeah his friend was pretty tall but a little shorter than Tsukishima. The way Hinata described his father though was around the same height but with brown hair and a beard" Suga's voice echoed in Daichi's mind. Those are the guys who kidnapped Hinata.

Daichi immediately scooped Suga's in his arms and started to back away. Both of the men knowing that Daichi wouldn't let go of Suga ran back to their car. "You bastards! The cops will find you and we'll get Hinata back I promise you that!" Daichi yelled at them. Daichi then looke at the license plate and tried his best to remember the plate 'MJE*052'. Daichi then felt movements in his arms and looked at a barely awake Suga.

Flashback over

Daichi was currently in the ambulance next to Suga. He was barely awake and had a oxygen mask on his face. Suga eyes were dull and he was barely awake. "Suga It's going to be okay." Daichi said holding onto Suga's hand. Then Daichi realized something. Suga had blood dripping from the back of his head. Did the two men do this? Was it because he made on of the men drop him? Daichi then noticed the multiple injuries he had gotten from fighting back. It made Daichi want to cry. Suddenly Suga began to close his eyes. The paramedics were scrambling to get to a hospital. "Suga please stay strong! Don't give up!" Daichi said. "Sir do you know what drug they used?" The paramedic said getting some medicine out of a bag. "I-I'm not sure I wasn't their for when they used it." Daichi replied. They soon arrived to a Hospital and the paramedics took Suga into the ICU. Daichi was exported to the waiting room. Daichi had tears running down his face.

It was around 11pm when Suga's parents showed up in the Hospital Lobby. They rushed over to the clerk and without hearing anything about their sons condition they saw Daichi. They ran over Daichi. "Daichi! What happened!" Suga's mom Himari said running up to him. Her husband Kaito running behind her. "I-I don't know. All I know is that Suga was seriously drugged up and he had damage to the back of his head." Daichi replied. Himari was in tears when she heard that. "Who are the bastards who did this! I'll kill them!" Himari said. "Um honey that's a bit extreme." Kaito said. He back her into a chair behind them so they were facing Daichi. "Honestly, I wish they were dead as well." Daichi said. That kinda freaked Kaito out. "Suga's honestly one of the best people I've met in my life. I hate seeing things like this happen him." Daichi continued. Himari cupped Daichi's hand. "Please be my Son in law." Himari said. This made Daichi blush and Kaito stepped in. "But I thought you wanted Grand Children?" Kaito said. "They can always adopt." Himari said sparkles in her eyes. "Back on topic, Do you know who did this?" Kaito asked. "I think it was one our team mates Father and his friend." Daichi replied. "Why would they do something like that?" Himari asked.

"His Father's a murderer. He murdered his Daughter and Wife. They also kidnapped his own son. This was their attempt to silence Suga. The police got most of the information from him." Daichi said. He put his hands on his face trying to stop the tears in his eyes. "Oh dear god-" Himari and Kaito said. "The Doctors said he was going to be in surgery for a while you should go home." Himari said. "No thanks." Daichi replied.

It was around 3am and they still hadn't heard anything. That's when two police walked in the lobby. They approached Daichi and Suga's parents. "Hello I'm Hiroto and this is Minato. Do you know anything thing that happened? The caller said the person was drugged?" One of the police officers asked. "Yes, I was the caller." Daichi replied. Hiroto sat next to Daichi. "Do you know what happened?" Hiroto asked. "Yes, I was walking when I heard some scream my name. By the time I got their Suga was slung around one of the guys shoulders. So I tackled him and picked Suga up. The two men then ran off and got back in their car." Daichi explained. "Okay can I get the description of the men?" Hiroto asked. "It's the men involved in the Hinata case." Daichi replied. "You positive!?" Minato asked. "Positive. I'm one of the friends of the boy they kidnapped. Me and the Victim are suppose to testify against them in court when they get caught." Daichi replied. "So they were trying to silence one of the witnesses?" Hiroto asked. "If I'm correct then yes." Dachi replied. "If so this is a big deal. Those guys are wanted for many things, 1st degree man slaughter, Kidnapping, Attempted Kidnapping, Assault, Child abuse, Drug dealing. The list goes on." Minato said. "Thank you for your time." Hiroto said standing up.

"Wait!" Daichi said. "Hm?" Minato mumbled. "I have the license plate number of their car. "Really? If you do this a great deal." Hiroto replied. "Yeah, It was MJE*052." Daichi said. Minato wrote it down on his notebook. "Thank you this will be game changer in the case." Hiroto said. The two police men thanked Daichi and walked out. Daichi looke to see a crying Himari. "Is something wrong!?" Daichi said panicking. "Thank you!" Himari said. "Huh?" Daichi pondered. "Your the reason why he wasn't taken from us! Thank you!" Himari said getting up and hugging Daichi. "Please become my son in law. Your an absolute angel." Himari said.

Hinata awoke in a white room. He looked around. "Is this a dream?" Hinata asked himself. Suddenly Suga appeared in front of him. "Suga what are you doing here!?" Hinata said panicked that he was in front of him. Suga kneeled down to Hinata and patted his head. "Remember you'll never be alone okay? No matter what we'll be here for you." Suga said softly to Hinata. Suddenly he felt a tackle on his side and a hand on the other. He looked to see his mother and sister. They all hugged Hinata which made him cry. Then he realized that this was a dream. Soon his mother and sister got up. "We'll always love you Shoyo. No matter what." Hinata's mother said grabbing Natsu's hand and walking off. "Remember Oni-Chan were now your guardian angels!" Natsu said with a big smile on her face. Hinata looked up to see Suga still there. "What if they're here then are you-? Oh my God." Hinata said covering is mouth. "Nope. As long as I'm a fighter I'll make it through. I won't die that easily!" Suga said with a big smile on his face. Hinata burst back into tears as Suga embraced him in another big hug. It felt so warm. He never wanted to let go. This was better than the real world.
